Yawn... the store on Kalakaua and King St. underwhelms, I swear. ?You know how when you get a hankering for a franchise's special something, you beat a path pronto, to the only spot capable of satiating that which you crave? So with your order now unwrapped and poised before your face to be 'eaten, you take a bite, feeling a little bit giddy as a delectable voodoo of flavor is about to captivate you?And...and... and nothing. No magic. No eye-roll swoon. No spell cast like the before times.It is with hurt that I report to you this thing I loved for years, the one I ate way too much of during my second pregnancy tasted like absolutely nothing.And trust, no long covid symptoms to hinder my ability to taste. (Inoculated fully & Covid-infection free so far, knock on wood) This experience left me confused and discouraged, and suddenly well aware of how cold and stern this world could be. I mean, if i procure a Big-mac, it should hit like only a big Mac should. Properly built to taste like every other big Mac ancestor that graced this earth before it.And this iconic jack breakfast sandwich was an alien from outer space. What a (bland) trip I tell ya. One star but only because I wanted a pop of color to my review.
Love the workers at this Jack in the box location there nice and they take the time to give you the best service they can
They don’t honor the times for takeout posted on their door. Says Saturdays open till midnight, but they lock the doors before 10pm.
Check orderbefore driving off. 3 items missing from order. Can't call restaurant number on Google is busy. So disappointed and disappointed. Jack is my favorite app replacing McDonald’s. Now I'm wondering.
Drive thru was busy . I was a walk in. I was the only customer inside . Staff Quickly filled my order.

I went here because the Jacks up the road computer wasn't working. The usual- I would've got the same food and the same service at either one.
I tried their double burger on a cheddar cheese bun with fries and a regular drink, in which I only drank half because of my diet that I'm on. It was quick and appetizing and I actually got full. Because of rising costs of food it was just under 10.00 dollars. I would recommend it for anyone on the go. Oh, by the way the service was excellent!
Wasn't great, they were out of many things and there was no bathroom access. The reasoning given was COVID restrictions, but that didn't match up or experience literally everywhere else on the island. I have a not so secret addiction to Jack in the Box, so this was disappointing. Not to mention they messed up the order and has to wait a few more minutes while they fixed it. But was entertained by the homeless guy dancing in the parking lot
