sourdough jack on the bread in lieu of bun rocked, diet dr pepper or whatever I had was good too if you want to eschew the immediate sugars (sugar is carbs and carbs is sugar and that I quit sugar person's book doesn't apply to everyone god bless her ), also I don't think we have these in my part of the world. There was no dining in the restaurant so me and the wifey sat under a tree, and it made the experience all the more rewarding! Also the beef tasted quite lean and tasty but gave me the energy to be mentally fat for navigating Honolulu's bus system. Stay thicc
My wife went there tonight to pick up dinner. It’s May 19, 2022, 6:30ish pm. She was in the drive thru behind a few cars. She was next to go to the order screen when an employee comes outside, throws a cone right in front of her car and starts walking away. My wife rolls down the window and asks the guy what is going on. He turns around and looks at her and as he snaps his finger says “clooosed”. He then walks back into the store. My wife looked around and there were no cars even behind her! She was the last car there! No explanation nothing! At least explain why it’s not 24 hours today! Train your employees to love there job and have a little more respect. If not, move on! There’s plenty of people that need work and would appreciate every opportunity.
Thought we’d grab something cheap and fast our last night here. Mistake.Rude staff member at the drive thru snatching credit cards and being extra. Annoyed that we wanted two separate orders. Claimed the ice cream machine was broken. Gave my friend regular fries instead of curly. Oh and then fried my spicy chicken patty like it was Anakin on Mustafar. How they have 4 stars idk.Go to Konos, Surf-n-Turf Tacos, or Honolulu Sushi if you want quick and cheap (or possibly even cheaper). Literally everything out here will be a better choice.
The best Jack in the Box on the island! Always clean premises! There has been some hiccups though, but the manager Mary rectified the situation promptly and professionally!!!
The food is over-priced the service is okay. Nothing exceptional but it's exactly what you can expect from fast food.

I love Jack in the box but tonight there was no help at all from an employee nor night shift manager/lead.No names. But it had happen on Monday, Jan 10th @ roughly 2:00 ish
Gave me the wrong order and had to go back to the drive though.
Went drive through and the lady taking our order was so rude, come to find out when at the pickup/pay window she was a manager?. How sad.
Take out only. Service was fast. Had all meats breakfast burritos. Yummy
