OMG... horrendous! Waited in the drive thru line for over an hour just to get to the exit! Service was nonexistent due to how slow we were inching forward. Once you're in line there's no turning around or bypassing it. Couldn't leave because of their parking. Negative stars, for sure. ????????
They don't make french fries with fresh oil, so they taste bitter.
First time ever going there and it wasn't too bad.
I got the wrong order. It was busy and hardly any workers. The manager was expediting, may need more training too slow and yet my order was incorrect. She couldn't even help the cashier solve a problem when cashier asked for help. She told the cashier something about "changing 200, changing 200" and walked away. This left all of us waiting in line to order even longer. Cashier had no clue what she was doing, but I guess it worked (after 8 minutes of figuring it out) because the customers transaction was finally completed. I saw another manager, soon after, enter the floor, some big help she was.This Jack-in-the- Box are usually on it. But not today.
Hubby ran inside to grab us some fries and use the restroom. Unfortunately the fries were burnt and they had no restrooms available for customers...not the best JIB experience?
Like their breakfast meals. Just enough and fast service.
Food is ok. It needs a make over considering that it is one of the Busiest Jack's on Island.

Forgot my dinner on the counter at home. Tried the sourdough bacon sandwich combo it was great. The meal was freshly made with hot onion rings. In a pinch you got to have a backup plan.
