One of my favorite izakayas in town! Go for the small plates with some sides of sushi / sashimi

Little confused to order. Waiting too long time for each fish. Rushing to finish eating and talking. Ended, packing Sashimi to finish eating at home.
The seating was a little tight. The food was amazing, a little pricey, but you get what you pay for. The server was very attentive and friendly. Overall a good experience and somewhere I would like to return to. Fully recommend to others for the quality of the food.

Small restaurant and incredibly delicious food. Definitely one of the best Japanese restaurants in Honolulu. Make sure to make reservations. We ordered sashimi platter, agedashi tofu, assorted tempura, a sushi roll, hamachi kama, and everything was prepared perfectly. Highly recommended!
Food was all delicious. I just felt like it was a little bit overpriced. Iâve had just good of sushi where it has been cheaper. Still enjoyed thoroughly.
Loved our dinner here!! The Hokkaido hairy crab was out of this world! Everything was fresh and very well presented. Service is very prompt and attentive. Will definitely return.
Besides the oyster shooter (we didnât expect it to have alcohol), we loved every piece of sushi from the hamachi ponzu to the matsuri omakase. It was kind of busy but thankfully all of our orders came out in an orderly fashion. Thank you
The male restroom is a bit inconvenient but the food is Authentically delicious!
