We stayed for one week at the Aqua Palms Waikiki and they give us 15% off there, so we took advantage of this few days, Joanne was our waitress first time and she was really attentive and kind, one night before our last night, we found her at Denny's because we went to have dinner there and there she was with the same beautiful vibe. It is really laudable to have two jobs and to give all the best in both. Today is our last day having breakfast at IHOP and guess what? We asked for Joanne's area, and definitely it was worth it. Place is too crowdy because is memorial day but she is giving the best serving her tables. I will put my review on Swarm and TripAdvisor too, hopefully this will get eventually to any of her managers.

Great service, food was very good and fresh. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Internet went down during our meal meaning the credit card payment wouldn't work. When we explained to the staff that we were just about to set off for our flight home, and didn't have the time to wait for the Internet problem to be fixed, they accepted what little cash we had left to pay for our meal, which was nowhere near what the price of the meal was. The buttermilk pancakes are fantastic.

Food decent but service not so great and language barrier. Counted at least seven staff at one point but 10+ tables not cleared/cleaned. A family of five of us ate basic meals and with tip still $120. Not as good as other IHOPs I’ve been to.

Staff were very kind but unfortunately the restaurant was understaffed. There were more than 30 tables but because of the low staff, only 10 or so were being seated. On top of that, more than 10 tables at any one time were unclean. On our way out we walked past messes that could have easily been taken care of.

It was like 9:45am when we got there we went to two Eggs ‘n Things in Waikiki hada long queue. Me and my wife was glad that there were fewer people outside iHop I believed were waiting for their turn to be seated. When we got there, we were greeted by the manager who was taking names and contact numbers and we were told that the wait was 45 minutes for us. I said to my wife that we’ll ust have to wait and I didn’t think people shouldn’t take that long to finish their pancakes. More and more people arrived and were told the same. After 15 minutes of waiting, I saw people coming out of iHop as we waited outside. My impatience was was starting to set in and went to take a glance inside and was in disbelief to see empty tables that’s more than my fingers could count. So I approached the manager and politely asked her why we couldn’t just go in and have our table and wait until our orders are taken. I was expecting a very good reasoning because we have waited outside for half an hour already under the sun in the sidewalk thinking all the tables were occupied. But there were heaps of clean and vacant tables that could’ve a been allocated to the waiting customers already but the manager answered back, that they only have 1 cook on duty. Eff do I care! It’s not problem. Almost 10 customers have left already because they thought it’sjust ridiculous! If I was the owner of that IHOP branch seeing customers sitting on concrete pavement outside my shop because the manager couldn’t let them in because there was only one cook on duty, I could have fired her on the spot. Having just one cook on duty is a valid reason and excuse to have the orders to be served longer than usual. And I can absolutely understand that and wouldn’t complain for the long wait. There’s only so much that two hands can do. But telling customers they can’t go in yet because there only one cook. Not everyone are coming in for something that needs the cook’s hands to prep the food. Who knows some would just want to have coffee for breakfast! That’s doesn’t need a cook to fix the coffee. Not all IHOPS are like that but that branch in Waikiki should get a negative 5 raiting for an incompetent manager. I hope the next time I travel to Waikiki that lady is no longer working in IHOP.

The food was fantastic, the service was great, and the staff was friendly and professional. Will definitely be coming back here when I come back to Hawaii!

Stopped in at 7:00 am for what I hoped would be a quick breakfast. Was greeted promptly by the hostess and sat down at a nearby booth…and sat and sat and sat until 10 minutes later a server arrived. I asked for coffee and placed my order. Another 10 plus minutes and then my food arrived at the same time as my coffee. Bacon was soggy and eggs were not cooked as requested. Never saw the server again until the check arrived. Didn’t bother to complain, ate what I could and left. First and last time visit.

Due to covid, not many places were open but IHOP was. Had to show vaccine and ID card. I had a burger and my mom had BLT.

Tanner and Brandon were AWESOME. My wife likes eating as soon as she gets up so for like 5 days in a row I called in a to go order. The food was good, great price, great service. You fantastic.
