Excellent brunch. The seafood omelet hit the spot. They allow you to get children size pancakes that are regular size fluffy yet filling hot cakes if you don't want the extra big ones. Also the fish & salad was very good too.

Our experience unfortunately did not live up to our expectations. Our reservations werenât late, but somehow the restaurant managed to run out of bread. The carbonara was not what I expected because it was made with a different pasta. My wife ordered the steak cooked medium, but it was closer to medium rare. The food was average.
Food was fine. Not worth the wait or the price in my opinion. Service was really slow, but good came out really fast. Maybe too little waisted assigned per table?

Weâve eaten at Hula Grill many times. Always a great experience. Great food with locally sourced ingredients and friendly staff. We will be back!
French Fries too salty. Cesars Salad barely has dressing. Lunch menu not much option. Food taste either bland or salty. Mai Tai was water down. First time dinning for lunch. We usually come in for dinner. Last summer 2021 - our waitress was overhelm and did see her for a good 15-20mins. Poor service. Our waiter Don is nice but looks tired and trying his best to be accommodating. Find another job that makes u happy and have self fulfillment. We ordered Chicken teryaki for my 11yo with rice. They served it with fries. And, when I address the issue they brought us some steam rice. The amount of the chicken is too small that an 11yo can just take 2 bites. Fish n Fries - has only 3 pieces of fish.

Having dined at Hula Grill on a few occasions pre Covid we were looking forward to enjoying a lovely evening as a family having brought our adult children with us on holiday from Australia. We had raved to them how awesome it was and we were all so disappointed. The main issue was our service by Maddison. Rude. She couldnât even manage a smile. Basically she couldnât be bothered. Didnât offer further drinks. Didnât offer us the specials. I only heard another waiter at another table. When we questioned her after we were already eating our meals she said yes there were specials didnât apologize and walked off. Didnât clear our plates or offer clean cutlery. We declined dessert as we were disgusted with her service. She practically threw the check at my husband. We paid $300 for a very mediocre meal and appalling service and atmosphere. We did inform your staff at the door of our dissatisfaction. Unfortunately due to this experience we will never return which is sad considering the wonderful experiences we have had in the past. I really detest having to write this I would much rather be singing your praises.
