I think it’s fair to say that I’m a donut connoisseur, experiencing a high-end donuts across the country. I think it’s fair to say that this location rivals the Chicago and Portland markets. The size of these donuts are perfect, they don’t inhibit you from trying several different kinds. They’re fried and coconut oil and the quality of the ingredients is obvious. Cinnamon saffron and heavy cacao in the chocolate frosted were absolutely excellent. 6 out of 5 stars hands-down. I definitely recommend the spot, we’ll be back.
Holey Grail, now next to Whole Foods, has consistently blown us away with their flavors and quality. A must-stop for visitors and kama'aina alike, please, i beg you, try some of these savory taro treats.From the rotating tastes, to signature unique drinks, both mixed with plenty of locally sourced ingredients from Hawai'i farms, the ono taste of their taro donuts been a staple of my sweets diet here in O'ahu.It's pricey, i admit. But you pay for quality, flavor, and uniqueness, and even as someone who doesn't make much, i totally think it's worth it.
Opens at 0700. Taro based donuts died in coconut oil PERFECTLY EXECUTED. Piping hot, crispy on the outside, perfect crumb in the inside. Iced lattes by didn’t get one. Don’t miss this!

My favorite place to get donuts on oahu. They’re made fresh to order and have different flavors of donuts each day. Each time I got, I order one of each available donut.
The donuts were amazing, probably the best I've had in a long time. They were a bit on the small side, but definitely worth the price. We ordered one of each.
January 2022:OK! My new favorite place for donuts ?! I don't eat donuts very often but these were fantastic. Flavors are unique and exquisite! They are also made to order! They use taro as the starch for the donuts! ?Tried the tasting box which consisted of the following: lucky charm, reincarnated, eternal youth, and prosperity.Reincarnated was #1! Maple, coconut and sea salt was a tasty combination.Prosperity was #2! The kumquat and poppy seed went together very nicely!Eternal youth was #3. A little lighter than the other two but still very tasty.Lucky charm was #4. The matcha-tangerine with a few seasame seeds was okay.Overall, really enjoyed the experience! I would definitely come back again for more delicious ?!
Come here for designer donuts and a lux vibe. Flavors are incredible however this place is not allergen friendly as the milks are all nut-based and they do not have any gluten free donut options. Pro tip - download the app and save $5 on your first order.
This is our absolutely favorite vegan donut shop!! So many unique flavors to choose from. This was the special 4-pack they had that week and we especially enjoyed the lilikoi, mint strawberry beet, and açaí berry one. The donuts were super fresh, hot and delicious! Highly recommend ?❤️?
Don't fooled by the pretty looks. Yes they are made on the spot. Yes you have some good ingredients. But the taste is just meh and they are small. It needed more toppings and frosting on each of the donuts because they all tasted too similar to the other flavored donuts in the box. For the price you can give the customer more toppings and bigger donut, there is no way your food cost are that high that you can't offer a better product.
