Absolutely not to be missed out on. 18 mouthwatering delicacies picked by the chef that are served in bite size. Look at the pictures here. The chef is a great source of entertainment. Everything is in wonderful condition and looks extremely nice. They will engage in conversation with you, and you are free to inquire about the dishes and the components of the meal. This was the first time I'd ever tried Omikase, and I really adored everything about it.
Really beautiful 18 course meal - not your typical sushi resto, very caviar forward and uni forward â great service, sake, a wonderful sensation for your taste buds but not for everyone if you are more on the sushi rolls and sashimi side of Japanese / a sushi eater . It was a delightful surprise, 2 people = $500 so again not for everyone, The space is very quaint and non chalant you would never think of what is going to be on your plate. Highlights were homemade sauces, watching the chefs make everything in front of us and talking us through the dishes, and the amazing flavors. Textures were varied! Would recommend :)
One of the worst omakase experience Iâve ever had in my life. Walked in with the restaurant live streaming the kitchen on Twitch. The courses are extremely priced for the bad quality of food, service, and uncanny atmosphere. The chef was so unprofessional that in one of the courses, the uni fell off multiple times from the rice underneath and he spent 2 minutes trying to keep it on top but instead of making it stay, the uni was crushed and melted around the rice. IT WAS SO FREAKING DISGUSTING!! His hands kept smearing and assembling the uni but it didnât work and the whole piece looked like a ð©. In the end I HAD TO TELL HIM to make another piece for me ( it was mine that he screwed up). He also messed up my boyfriendâs piece later but didnât even apologize. I was shocked along with two other customers who watched the entire process. Please spend your money elsewhere if you want real omakase experience. I highly regret going to this restaurant like even a ramen place is much much better!!!

Ray and his staff are always consistent in their food and service. The best Omakase on island. If I was a Michelin Star evaluator, definitely deserves it!
