Ordered four different plates, steak was awesome, can do with seasoning the steak instead of just giving garlic butter on the side, but the cook was perfect, soft, tender, so delicious as far as the cut and cook were.Shrimp was bland, needs salt, and we should have added the extra garlic butter probably.Kimchee slaw didn't have enough kimchee flavor, maybe just spicy slaw?Garlic chicken was good, probably better if eaten fresh, as it is deep fried. Still good though.Overall not too bad of an experience, would totally just only order steak from here, as that is their specialty.Had it delivered and couldn't eat it right away, so I can't comment on the temp of the food itself, but the steak never got overcooked when it just sat, so I guess it wasn't super hot when it came to me.I am far enough away to understand that it's cooled off.

Huge fan of Hi-steaks before they moved to Ala-moana. Been there twice this visit to Hawaii, each time had ran out of potato salad, before 4pm each time. Unfortunately Lady behind the counter taking orders encounters huge English difficulties.
Meatloaf LocoMoco was pretty good. Kimchee coleslaw was okay, too spicy for me tho. Truffle fries was good also. They use shoestring fries.
This is good place to grab a quick lunch or dinner. It is not your typical fast food establishment. The food is fresh and flavorful. The kimchi cole slaw is tasty.
We had our food delivered from here we ordered the ultimate mixed plate which consists of steak barbecue chicken and smoke pork was very delicious price reasonable we also ordered a side order of Asian potato salad was also very delicious everything was just perfect the delivery service was great delivery person Cindy was courteous prompt what more can I say a very enjoyable experience
Food was old and disgusting! I have never given a 1 star review ever! We ordered a combo steak and shrimp plate tonight. The shrimp was old! Tasted gross and the shell was embedded in the shrimps.The food was not edible at all. We ask for a refund from doordash and they refused!
