Smelled horrible, like cigarette smoke. No more snacks, the quality of the juice being offered has dropped. Also the furniture is not aging well. It's lost the luster it once had.

Seriously sad, pathetic lounge. When paying a premium for First Class, I expect more than this. I've seen better amenities at a car dealership. At least car dealerships have snacks. Woman at the front desk was rude and couldn't be bothered to look up when asked a question. Never again!

OMG, this lounge is just sad. I would only go to the lounge because the bathrooms are closer, and the seats more comfortable. Oh, and the WiFi.The food offering is terrible, actually non existent, not even snacks. The non alcoholic drinks are free though. So, if you're not paying to get it, maybe then go in, have a soda and get out.

Warm and friendly staff. A nice place to take refuge from the hustle and bustle at the gate. Not luxurious and in fact furnishings are somewhat worn. Good assortment of soft drinks, juice, tea and coffee (including espresso and latte) from the self service refreshment counter. But no snacks or chips on my last visit. 4 stars primarily because of the personnel. Other lounges do offer more amenities and food.

Small, cramped, and pointless. It has an espresso machine but the coffee was worse than the brew from their thermos dispensors. No food other than small snack packets that I didn't try. People kept pouring in, even those who didn't have membership but cajoled their way in. There were maskless people who were coughing and that was my cue to leave. The area around my departure gate was empty and I was way more comfortable sitting there than in this lounge.

This does not have much to do with a lounge as we know it in Europe. In an air-conditioned room there is free coffee, tea, water, cola and lemonade.Even a first class ticket does not change anything.

I am getting annoyed by the customer service that Hawaiian Airlines staff is giving me two times in a row! I do have Elite Status with Hawaiian Airlines, i iust flew with them with connecting flight from OGG. First of all, (April 29, 2022 around 12:40-45pm) i went in the lounge and asked the baggage carousel for my neighbor island flight (connecting flight from LAS) since the flight attendant, the signage or online didn’t provide that information! She just gave me attitude when she answered my question and told me that i should not that question there at the lounge (no personnel at the service desk outside the lounge) — I never had horrible experience like this with other airline (i do go to the lounge (also with elite status on that respective airline) and they never hesitate to help me out with my inquiry). Two months ago, i had issue with an baggage agent and she told me that i can’t have two check in bag (since it was a connecting flight to another airline). I do have both elite status on both airlines but she continue to argue and she just in rush to process anything! when she double check everything i was able to check in 2 bags without any fee because of my elite status on both airlines. Why do Hawaiian Airlines have lots of lazy employee?!

It's a great place to relax before your flight. The goodies are excellent also. Mahalo Premier Club. Lynette Kahoano

Don’t bother. No food. No milk for coffee. No wine or champagne. Bagged snacks are stale. Really sleazy for first class and loyalty clientele.

The chairs in the lounge are stained worse than a college frat house. The polite hostess explained that passengers are messy and that’s why the chairs are stained. Really? i thought the employees were just doing beer bongs and Ralphing when we the passengers weren’t looking. Just clean them!!!!Please, figure it out, to waft over and sanitize these chairs isn’t even necessary - these chairs would scare delta, omicron, all of ‘em away.
