Every time I come here, I think it's okay, but sometimes I feel that there are too few things,but is good
Hawaii Hot Pot, I haven't been to this location in town yet! BUT!!! I have recently visited the location in Aiea at Pearlridge Center Mall. Which us newly opened.The service honestly...could have been alot better... ???But to say the least, the foods taste makes up for the lack of customer service. The variety of soup bases is really nice. The variety of food choices to add to your personal pot... amazing. They even have a variety of sauces you can add to your pot as well! ?But as for the customer service....You write down your name, they're supposed to call your name, if not they have you write down your phone number, they didn't even call our phone number. They call the next person after us, claiming they called for us. But they didn't, so, we stood there for a good 5 minutes as they cleaned up the table and seated us.I mean, there was also a bit of language barrier. but none the less...it could use some work.The only thing that would keep me going here is their food. Nothing less.
By the look of the pictures you may think i had a great time at this beautifUL BUT i didn’t .When me and my spouse walked in first no one was at the hostess stand i get it y’all are busy but we were standing there for almost 20 min without a greeting or anything .I actually ended up asking a random dude who worked there how it worked and he just told me they would seat us.10 min later we did end up getting greeted and sat that’s just it we sat for about 25 more min not being spoken to haha.We got up and left .Didn’t even get to try the food .I’m reviewing their customer service 1 out of 5 stars.
This was the first I’ve been here with friends. The service was great but you have to watch out on the seafood. I got a place of octopus and it smell fish so I did not eat it because it wasn’t fresh and did not want to get sick. Friendly staff. It can get quite noisy. Place is a little tight.
Pros:good venue, great choices of food, price is goodCons:I think the crew should know their menu at least, unacceptable even if your brand new. Read and familiarize your menu before you start working. Be the best of who you are no matter what job you do.Soup is blant, I’ve been to a lot of shabu-shabu, chef needs to improved his soup base especially if the choices have flavors

I came here Monday during lunch hours. I was a little sketched out at first because when you first walk in this place looks like a conveyor belt sushi place. And do be aware that their website price is inaccurate. I was expecting $20 pp weekday lunch but it was $25 pp as of end of February.Overall experience was great though, server was very attentive with refill and removing plates. A lot of options between what comes on the conveyor and the freezer. I came here to eat a lot of veggies and mushrooms and left satisfied.
We just travel from Lax to Hawaii Honolulu , all my kids kind so excited, we pick hot pot for first try in Honolulu , take look online anh come to there for first try restaurant in Honolulu , but it very bad services in here , nobody say hi when our check in restaurant and Thẽ service come to Thẽ first asked vaccinations card and she ask honey Walter cup do we need , oh oh I thought any restaurant have to service free Walter for customers right? I really disappointed in Hawaii just landing hours travel here .
Not all the hype everyone is raving about. Meat is chewy, soup is bland & also price has been increased from their website. House special sauce is too sweet. Not worth returning.
I love their sauce bar, especially the Thai chili ?. The ribeye beefs were fresh. I think they should add a few more items in the refrigerator other than that…. It was a good lunch.
