I used to go there frequently.Prices have risen dramatically.Line to order seems to have gotten longer and wait time for the order is longer too.Ordered a soft drink. They served dozens for take out. I watched. I ate there. No carbonation. I told them. I heard workers arguing as no one checked the machine. I wonder if they check the dispensing hoses daily. These need to be replaced often as bacteria builds up in the hose and fittings.I got sick a few times after eating there. Taking left overs home is not a good idea. I tried. The food spoils quickly even when i put in the refrigerator. I've notified the health department to check on their refrigerator and freezer temperatures. And the drink dispenser maintenance.I ordered their deluxe breakfast with an extra egg. I paid for it. Took it home. No extra egg.I should've checked before leaving.Employees attitude was to argue between the cook and the cashier.I never got reimbursed even after i told them.I seldom go there now.
Best chicken katsu, with chow fun noodles on the bottom. Also Asian Coleslaw with wonton strips on it,and the sauce!!!!!.ALWAYS MY GO TO PLATE LUNCH THERE.

Not the same anymore. They changed the MAC SALAD so no longer tastes the same. Also the KIM CHEE (that you have to now pay for) doesn’t taste the same either. Tried coming here several times when they changed ownership but just wasn’t the same. Used to come here almost once a week before when had the previous owners.
Had the seafood mix. too oily. all fried. no salt which was good, but it was too fried. couldn't taste the shrimp coz of too much breading. i like that it had no salt.
Although I got the short end of the stick I felt empathy for Cook who was also answering phone calls taking phone orders. Looked very exhausted. only 1 cook and 1 front counter cashier..I wanted my money back before I even got my order. 90% of my roast beef sandwich was bread, a dot of sauce. My fries order was soggy and I got only half of what normally comes with order. . Icee coke tasted like water. Cook very exhausted. This pandemic affecting many businesses. "
I can always find something good at a reasonable price. Daily specials, breakfast, and some of my personal favorites (bento chicken plate, Curry or beef stew, etc.) What causes me to give a mediocre rating is the wait time. The last time I went, I called in my order, then went to pick it up. I waited, and waited, and waited. I finally got my order 30 minutes after I had placed the call. In the meantime, people came, stood in line, and received their food before I received mine. There were 2 ladies running the front, and it was chaos. Meanwhile, there were many people in the back, not really appearing to do anything. Maybe 1 or 2 of them could be cross trained to help pack up orders, or make drinks. I usually stop here on my way to work, and the last 2 times, the wait was so long, I didn't have time to eat my food before barely making it to work on time. If it were run more efficiently, I would definitely eat here a lot more, but I just cannot afford to wait 30+ minutes for my food.
