Very disappointing!! My sister recommended me this luau. She saw it in 2003 and said this was the best luau (she had seen 2 more besides this one). I told her about the current show that We saw in June 2022 and she told me how much of an abbreviated version I got. First of all, it was $863 for 2 adults and 3 kids (VIP package). Food was just ok. It is in an industrial area, but on a beach (plus point). They performed 5 minutes' show pulling out the pig but no ceremony of burying the pig. There was 1 fire performer, 3 male performers, 4 female performers, 1 singer and 3 musicians. Stage was small. 16 years ago, I saw a much cheaper hotel luau and it was MUCH better than this!!! I would recommend my friends to stay away from this one. I am upset that I picked this one over 2 other luau (Disney Aulani and Polynesian Ctural Center) I had opportunity to see.
Went to this luau almost 10 years ago, came back again on a vacation and was just as I remember it! Lots of different luau food to try & fun show, plus included drink tickets!
The show was excellent, the costumes were on point and the entertainer’s were very good .The place is a little out of the way but very clean and well kept .The food was ok at best but the show made up for it
Not what we expected. Low quality of food for the price paid. Sweater or jacket recommended it gets chilly.
Germaine's gave us 'One Big Party' experience and total Hawai'i family fun. We shared Hawai'i history and brotherly love. It was a great experience that my family has never forgotten. I'll always recommend Germaine's Luau. Aloha
Very disappointing. The food was served in bento boxes and was below average @ best. The show was just ok. :(I think it was a ripoff.
These people steal your money! Total rip-off!! Go to Paradise Cove instead! Cammy the manager is the worst!!
I was very disappointed, and wish I had been told before we shelled out $270 for two tickets and transportation that we would not be allowed to walk around and take pictures. I was at this Luau 6 years ago and had a wonderful time so wanted my friend to experience it. Big Big let down, nothing more than a barbecue at a picnic table sat for 2+ hours on a wooden bench, with tired butt and back ache. The dancers were great but my behind was so sore from sitting on a 12 inch wooden plank for so long and not walking around I couldn’t enjoy the show. Absolute waste of money that I could have used in a more productive and enjoyable way. I did let another friend, who is going in a couple of days to skip the luau as it is nothing like what we experienced 6 years ago. Sad because I know it is not the organizers fault, Darn COVID-19
The people working were very friendly, they were organized step by step, I love the food, and the show was fantastic, wished at the end we could dance with them,
