Want locally made, reasonably priced poke, this is the place locals go to. A couple of size options to choose from for your bowl. Fresh, tasty, good portions. Worth the visit!

This place was great! It looked like they had raised their prices a lot very recently so it was $24 each for our bowls, but they really loaded them up.I told them this was my first time getting poke in Hawaii so the guy was kind enough to let me try a piece of each fish. Ended up getting the miso marlin and the wasabi ahi and both were an absolute delight. My husband does not eat fish but he also ended up getting an ahi bowl and enjoyed it too.We got the lechon, kimchi, and macaroni salad to go with our bowls, everything was fantastic. I opted for the Bundaberg ginger ale because I figured ginger would complement the wasabi ahi and I was RIGHT. Definitely one of my favorite meals of the week (and maybe my year tbh)

My only disappointment was that I got there too late, around 1230pm. I ordered online the shoyu chicken, pork adobo and spicy scallop poke for a 1215 pick up. All that was left was lechon kawaii and fried chicken. I'll come back tomorrow early.

very friendly and helpful staff. there is a wide selection of local food to choose from. a nice grab and go sort of place to go for a quick bite.

Great food and service. Its a mini mart/fast food joint. Fresh poke available and the plate lunches are sooo ono.

Poki was good, but I went for the boiled peanuts.

Delicious and fresh and reasonable. Had the amazing poke bowl with ginger ahi poke & lechon pork.

You ever think during a meal "wow, this was alive a few hours ago"? Like, your plate is so fresh, so tasty, you stop and empathize with the former animal now subsumed in your dish—if only for a second—and give thanks that we are apex predators? Who knew Fort Ruger Market would make me contemplate the taste of fresh Hawaiian fish in this new way. Get the fresh poke; any of the options should do. Maybe a side of kimchi. Feel for those poor ahi tuna... if only for a second.
