My place to go to for roast pork, and char-siu, when I am home visiting. It has been a place I still have fond memories since my days growing-up in the area! Our family frequently visited the stall for fresh meat and roasted meats. Now, the fresh meat is gone but still glad to see that family still offers the original roasted items.

Been going to this place for generations! Best in roast pork in the entire state! Hands down!!!

Been going here for over almost a decade and it is the best roast pork on Oahu. Dar I say it . . . it rivals LA and San Francisco Chinatown locations and I don't say that lightly. their char sits is also very good and with both the sweet and salty and meaty and fairy combo that is just right. Every time I go I wish I had brought a bowl of hot steaming rice with me so I can eat it fresh as it comes out of the oven. only twice have I seen them have roast pork hanging. most times it is gone after it. ones out of the oven. I think I got stink eye once for buying 3 pounds of park and 2 pounds of char siu. this is a family affair and both Dad and son are there. Price are fair to me especially for what you get. If you are in the mood for awesome Cantonese satellite roast port and BBQ (char siu) pork you need to stop here.

Oh yeah!! The Roast Pork & Char Sui is the best. The meats are moist & tender it's perfect and the is so ono. I tried the others around the open market they're dry & hard. Only tried the others 'cause FONG'S meat closed early.

Fresh roast pork sandwich, roast duck sandwich, charsiu sandwich , spicy wonton...yummy!

I don't care at all about how you feel about the atmosphere. (Which I actually love. It's very outdoors and free and so many markets for fresh fruit and veggies. The area ranges from prom dresses and jewelry to restaurants and food markets.) This stand has the BEST roast pork I have ever had. My dad has bought roast duck and pork and red meat from them since I was a baby. And I thank him for that! Even if it's a super fatty cut, I could eat the entire lb of roast pork in one day. But beware of heartburn! It is worth the trip. Look around while you're there. It's one of my favorite places to look around and just let loose and cruise. If a tourist asks me where to go to just chill and look around, I tell them to go to China Town. Although if you are judgemental about the poverty in Hawaii, I suggest you find another town or state to cruise.

Small place. I almost miss. Good taste char siu. Roast pork but little expensive.

Da best Char siu n Roast Pork in Hawaii.

I would go back for the Pork Belly alone!
