Quesadilla for 9$ was hot, fresh and tasty, margarita hit the spot and bartender was friendly, interesting and good conversation. Beautiful old building and nice outdoor area.
A good pub. A Capt. Morgan and coke wad $7.50, same for wine. Pork sliders were very good at $11. I would return.
Beautiful little spot. Terrific pastrami & delightful bartender. Will definitely return.
The local lawyer's call Ferguson's Irish Pub = Conference Room F.The old school wooden bar and leather padded bar stools create a comfy & cozy feeling without overwhelming the narrow room due to the spacious, cathedral high rafters.Behind the bar, the dark door wood continues as a massive cabinet and then rises up to form two pillars cradling a mirror. The cabinet proudly displays a mesmerizing kakaleidoscope of beckoning booze bottles as an Irish-looking lad, Mr. Reed, welcomes you by name with a freshly poured pint, ready-in hand.At lunchtime, Ferguson's Irish Pub reminds me of the sitcom "Cheers" except classier and without a jolly, plump man permanently perched on a corner stool (well... Ferguson's version of "Norm" isn't permanently perched on a corner bar stool but he is often found precariously perched on a Ferguson's stool).By 4:30 p.m., the downtown Honolulu business women and men from the surrounding towers of concrete have snuck out of work early and are hammering back cocktails to erase the drudgery of office work. By 5 p.m., you'll be lucky to find an empty seat as the spirited crowd shares laughs and war stories while challenging a newly introduced chum to pound down a drink involving the merger of glassware, each containing an unsettling-colored fluid. Some call Ferguson's an Irish Pub but I call Ferguson's a sanctuary for Much-Needed-?Midday-Liquid-Therapy!
Great place for afterwork cocktail !!!
Reid the bartender, one of the few bartenders that pays alcohol vendors. I suspect he's a trusted manager or owner. His disposition and mannerisms were very professional. I will be back.
Looks swanky, menu is more formal but then they give you sad looking sandwiches on paper plates and a lays potato chip bag. Food tasted terrible, not at all like described on the menu. Service was unfriendly. We left after one.
Nice local pub. Harp on tap (my favourite).Daytime business crowd, nighttime gets quieter.Good place to pop into for a beer, a chat and relax.Nice outdoor area if your prefer.Staff super friendly.
Friendly service, clean and welcoming. As an Irishman, there is very little Irish about this bar, except for Guinness, Harp and the few Irish whiskeys they have. It's a good place to grab a beer, relax and get out of the sun.
Nice small Irish bar, easy access but limited menu and missing a few favorites behind the bar.
