We attended a small wedding here last week, the actual wedding was lovely, very well put together by the family. The thing we noticed the most was the lack of use of space. The area had so much potential to be an amazing space. The view, the sunset are amazing and yet the wedding reception was locked away from all of this, I guess I just saw an amazing opportunity for amazing things. The downstairs part of this place is a club, with a lovely restaurant, pool and drinks area but because we were not members we couldn’t go in. I feel that this area is screaming for ideas….. I would get this sorted so that visitors from the surrounding hotels could use it, there is nothing else in Diamond Head.
We were invited as guests and it was certainly an impressive dinner venue. Friendly and attentive service which was maybe a bit slow but our waitress was looking after a lot of tables and didn’t miss any request. Remember restaurants are finding it difficult to get staff so make allowances. The bottle of rose and large half serve of ribs was excellent value when compared with others. The location looking back toward Waikiki is scenic. Well done folks.
Aloha; we had the pleasure of being able to have our daughters graduation party at ELKS with the help of a wonderful friend. This amazing place is located on da beach with beautiful views and just wonderful weather. We can't thank the staff enough for everything they did for us. We can only hope to become members one day so that we can repay the favor to someone else.
We were invited by friends in the apartment block we stay in. Valet parking a short and courteous sign in process and then we were ushered to a table with a stunning view. Our friendly waitress introduced herself and we ordered a bottle of French Rose at a very reasonable price while we studied the menu. We haven't tried ribs in Hawaii before and in spite of the fact i was wearing a white shirt i ordered a half rack. The tasty sauce was thick enough to avoid any shirt staining. The coleslaw was very tasty and the meat on the ribs just fell off the bones. Service was smooth but like most restaurants our waitress was certainly serving a lot of tables. Prices were very reasonable and i couldn't finish my chips. An excellent evening with good company and views that cannot be beaten.
Being an Elk member and visiting this spot where my children learned to swim in the pool was and always will be special. I just wished that I could have sat at a table to enjoy lunch but under the coconut tree was nice.
Parking is a real bear unless you're a member. Awesome location right at the beaches edge with watch crashing. Gorgeous view and amazing service.
We stayed at the Lotus and was not aware it was close. A half a block away and what a great facility. Being a Elks member they were very friendly and we ate their every night and once for breakfast. We had great views of the sunsets and the staff was friendly. Would recommend it for any Elks member.
Went for a special function. Buffet dinner and service was wonderful. Valet service for parking was chaotic but with patience the attendents were right on it and well organized to work efficiently get all cars parked.
Highly recommend. Don't forget your membership card in order to enter the lodge. Great food and great service along with even greater people.
It was Tuesday taco night that's good but you couldn't order just the individual Taco he had to order three different tacos and they have each have their own price the pork Taco was the best the fish wasn't breaded so it made the street Taco tortillas soggy they added their own tip on the bill and I had to go back up to the bar to get our two drinks as they were just sitting there are waitress disappeared but is it is a beautiful place to visit just a service was not great
