People who ordered thirty minutes after us got their ice cream before us. We waited an hour for ours. We went in to say something and the ladies working were so rude. Then, they only gave us one small scoop of ice cream. They need more waffle makers, as it seems they only have two and take forever to make orders anyway. This was our third time going and we want to like it but the service is so terrible I will not be going back.
This place deserves more visits and more reviews. Perhaps this is a trend I’ve just been missing, but serving ice cream in traditional waffle made waffle cones is genius. Sooo good. Plus the worker serving us was amazing! Talked to our kids and spiced up their ice cream with extra care. Perfect visit!
Delicious! Really enjoy the bubble waffle cones with soft serve!! Would give 5 stars if they carried more/ better toppings- that the other locations do, like Reeses, M&M's & biscoff cookies!

It's good but not really worth going with the amount of tourist traction this area gets. I recommend Thrills soft serve on Piikoi st over this!
Super cute ice cream shop! You'll find it on the second floor of the strip mall and the food is worth it. The waffle stays fluffy and hard for a good amount of time! Worth the money and would definitely come back. 10/10!
