Excellent customer service! It’s obvious that all employees here are extra hard working. Food is incredible!! I love me the chicken doner wrap and shack salad (:

I was sent here by my buddy Al Jolson. He told me that his mammy really loved this place and that I should give it a try. I walked into the restaurant and was impressed by the display of the place. The service at the Doner Shack is quite nice. Unfortunately they didn’t have seafood (I asked if they had shrimp and they didn’t have any), but it wasn’t that big of a deal (I was told by Al Jolson to order the downtown Doner wrap with the catch of the day). Instead I ordered a downtown Doner wrap with a mix of chicken and lamb. The food was impressively made at a quick pace; it was as if Jon Favreau and Sofia Vergara were running the business. Upon the first bite I was so pleased to the point where I felt like a birth of a nation happened in my mouth. I could not believe what I was eating. I don’t know how they did it—maybe some dangerous minds were up to some weird science—but the masterminds who cooked my meal truly planned to do the right thing. This restaurant serves way better food than those Salt Lake City punks could ever make. I don’t understand all the negative reviews. All these negative and non-informative reviews spout nothing but idiocy—as if! I recommended my other buddy Freddy to put his fingers onto the amazing food that the Doner Shack serves. I will most definitely be coming back to this beautiful establishment.

I used to love eating here until the owner felt the need to get political. The food is great, but just like too many businesses in today’s world, they feel the need to throw their politics in your face. It’s really a shame. Maybe I’ll be back if they stop being so obnoxious about their anti-vax, anti-mask beliefs.

A refreshing return to normalcy when I walked in and was greeted by a kind face rather than someone hounding for my medical vaccination status. Staff was was very friendly and the servings were huge. The food is absolutely fantastic, my friends and I enjoyed every bite. Will definitely be coming back again, and I absolutely love how this business values the comfort of its guests over unconstitutional mandates.

Honesty one of the best restaurants after renovations like if u want good wraps lamb and chicken are the best and all around u most try this best I honesty love this best ❤️❤️❤️

Got food poisoning after eating here. Called the restaurant to speak with a manager and they had me on hold for 12 minutes before i hung up! After reading other reviews the place is unsanitary and so are the workers, no gloves or hand washing? The food was mediocre and wouldn’t return for sour beef.

terrible food. Friend told me it would be good. Extremely unsanitary and no one cares about hygiene. at first didn't want to believe but I ended up with bad poisoning. no one washes hands after handling money or using the bathroom. they openly joke about hom germs are not a concern. disgusting

This place never misses!! Their plates are large servings at a great price. Great customer services as well. Parking may be hard to find , but you will be glad you did once you visit.

This place came highly recommended by a friend and they definitely did not disappoint. I had the Doner Pita plate. I ordered early and must have been the first customer because a good bit of the doner was the dried up outside. While still quite flavorful, I personally don’t care for the texture. The rest of the doner was fantastic, incredibly moist and delicious! The yogurt sauce was tasty and complimented the doner well. The pita was a bit dry and dense and there seemed to be a lot more pita than was necessary. Overall, I was very satisfied!

Love these guys! They accept everyone here. Teller was extremely kind. Food was delicious. They have pita bread, but it's the thick kind that isn't used for wraps. For wraps, they use tortillas. It was delicious; I'd have preferred pita bread for the wrap, but it was sufficient. I'll probably get the plate next time since my family members liked those too. This resturant deserves your support. They are one of the last few restaurants with Aloha where EVERYONE is treated with dignity and respect. Thank you!
