My friend of mine paid for an order of large hand tossed pizza and 6PC wings with buffalo sauce at 11:00 PM, waiting on what seems like 30-40 minutes now. Only to find out we go over there in person to discover they had no delivery person so they chose not to make our order, mind you we paid 47$. No call or communication on the order not being made or even being delivered. Then proceeded to ask us if we still wanted it AFTER PAYING. Do not waste your money at this establishment.

Fast, friendly delivery service Garrett Mahalo! My food was piping hot and ONO to Da Max. Looks like Papa John's will lose me as a customer due to inconsistencies in the food quality and poor customer service.

They always get it right. The bishop Street location ??. Bad service & cater to the homeless people more. Aliamanu location, top notch, the employees know what they're doing.

If you enjoy sloppily made pizza and sides this your place. I’ve ordered here over 5 times and my pizzas and sides never look appetizing or taste good, unless it’s something they don’t really touch like wings or lava cakes.
