First off, they gave me the wrong order. This wouldn’t be a big deal if they didn’t end up taking the food back and giving it to another customer. It is definitely not sanitary to give a customer a box of food that had already been opened and picked at by another customer.Secondly, my plate of food had a plastic in it.If only this place had better standards for themselves it would of been a great place to try again and recommend.
Food was bad, could have been better. I had to wait very long for my curry. Don’t recommend for people who are not patient or just want their food to be cooked well!!
Wish there was more seatings for outside dining. Indoor dining is only for owner and company(not for public). Food is good and waiting time is alright also. You can call and order thru the phone if you wish before picking up.
This place is a hit or miss. Sometimes, their food is good. Sometimes it's trash. Their breakfast is good. I ordered their garlic ribeye today and it was garbage. No seasoning at all. No taste. Just oily rice and a few pieces of garlic. I actually had to use my own seasoning to eat it. And take some oil out, from the bottom of my plate. $25 for a garbage plate, I could have made better. It will be awhile, before I come back here. To make it worse, they DO NOT answer the phone. How do you complain and fix the problem, if you can't speak to the manager?
When I'm craving a good hamburger, this is the go to place. I ordered a hamburger meal. Request a hamburger well done with yellow sauce only, crispy fries and a drink. Get a side order of yellow sauce for your fries. I guarantee you, you wont be disappointed. Never hurts to tru something different ?
Their steak is amazing..if anyone is craving for a juicy steak(24 hrs) that is cooked right..pls,pls check this place out.. I don't know how they keep these amazing Chefs going for 24 hrs..it is the place grinds to go to with so,so,delicious menu...simple amazing!!!!
Who would have expected a walk up lunch counter to have such tasty food? The shoyu short ribs (recommended by the counter staff) was fantastic! Surprisingly not too salty, and a much better deal than all of the other popular plate lunch joints.
Items are made to order so there is a little wait to get your food. However, it was worth it. The combo bentos are a good deal.
Love this place..Don't feel like cooking but wanna eat home cooked meals, here's your spot!!They got a big menu, full of Ono dishes!!
Food is great, only wish they had mini meals, some of us don't eat a lot!
