The absolute best! You are doing yourself a disservice if you do not visit while in Oahu! The food was absolutely amazing and the service was exceptional! Definitely worth the price! Make sure to make a reservation though!
My boyfriend and I love it here, we've gone 3 times in the past 6 months. The first time we had Lorenzo as our server. He was very helpful and entertaining. We requested him the 2nd time we went! He remembered us and gave us the same kindness as the first time. He makes the experience 1000 times better. We like to order sushi from Sansei, especially the otoro with wasabi relish. The dry-aged steak paniolo style, bacon truffle mac & cheese, and lobster tail are some of our favorites. On this night, I ordered creme brulee for dessert (my fave) and I got a free vanilla bean panna cotta for my special occasion. Both very delicious. Can't wait to go back again!
Our visit was truly a culinary experience! Our server was Lorenzo and he had excellent suggestions, if you are feeling a little adventurous! The sashimi was the best I’ve ever had (we had two - one of the menu, one our waiter suggested), the escargot was awesome and the dry aged steak was on par or better than wagyu! The coffee crème brûlée with a nice after dinner moscato really wrapped up the night well! But seriously, our waiter made all the difference! He was excited for us to try new things, extremely engaged with us and made it a true experience, rather than just a dinner out in Oahu! Five star food and five star service! ? ? ? ? ?
Made Reservation, was seated fast. Food was excellent, but took kind of long to come out. Steak is good comparing to other top end steakhouses. The sides were delicious and better than most steakhouses
The service was good, but the food is definitely not what it should be. I got a 14oz boneless rib eye and about half was inedible. The amount of gristle in the steak was shocking. I’ve never had a ribeye with gristle like that, let alone a “Prime” rib eye. I very much suspect the meat you think you are buying is not the meat you’re actually getting.

Excellent from start to finish!
This is a tough one … punchline, a really great dry aged 22 oz ribeye - came out hot and delicious!!!! That’s where it ends though. Server was sweet - but the hard sell on everything … “get a starch” - “add a sauce”. Didn’t know the wines … Caesar salad, wet and ewwww - what steak house has a bad soggy salad??? The worst - I ordered a Cadillac Margherita - was the worst - a huge glass of sugar water! The place itself - old and beat … hard to find and a little oily - ewwww again. Close your eyes and enjoy the steak - A+, service a C, place and ambiance a D … people were nice. A LOT of great places in the area, DK … not so much.
Service was exceptional. Food was filling and perfect. Wine was good. Attention to detail was in order here regarding my steak.
