The curry is good the one time I was able to order it. Today I waited at the front for a few minutes. Noticed an employee in the back sleeping. It’s no big deal, but decided to wait a few more minutes. Still asleep in the back, and noticed a pot of food was cooking and spilling over onto the floor. I tried calling the store to wake someone up and noticed the person had declined the call or silenced the phone and went back to their nap. I let it go and just went somewhere else.As I was walking by to leave I noticed the employee finally awake and struggling to clean up the food that was either boiling or spilling over onto the floor. It’s probably not good anymore but who knows.
First it’s hard to communicate with the associate and she isn’t able to understand what I’m saying. Plus the staff sharing the same kitchen are rude as well. I will not recommend as a best customer service. Most of the time nobody was at the front.

Horrible food and service!
Not a bad feed from a food court at all. Decent sized meals for the price, and they were all fresh. The loco moco was good, the wings meal was decent but the chicken katsu curry was the best out of the lot.
Customer service not the greatest. Cashier asked us the same questions over and over. Ordered the #11 - chicken curry and made it a combo for $3.50 more (drink and spring rolls). Then asked for extra vegetables which they said would be $4 - no problem. When I got my food, I didn’t see much veggies so I told them I paid for extra veggies. She said that was the extra - typically their chicken curry comes with one cube of a carrot and two potatoes. For $4 more you get two carrots and four potatoes. Wow! So for a $18 meal - that really wasn’t that tasty! Spring rolls was good though, but still wouldn’t recommend.
Am not lying but all their dishes are really good..it might be expensive honestly but wont regret the taste❤
