I came here mostly for some brown sugar boba, but I also got the chocolate Oreo pancake. The brown sugar boba was good. I made the mistake of getting 50% sugar (again), so it was not as sweet as I wanted it. The Choco pancake was really tasty I've never had a pancake so soft and fluffy. My friends got tea eggs. They said it was really good, but I don't like egg so I did not really care for it. The only problem I had with this place is the lack of seating. There is two tables and four chairs. My friends and I had to find somewhere else to enjoy our pancakes. This isn't the fault of the owner, so I understand. It was just something to note.

Souffle pancakes were amazing -- even doing takeout!! So fluffy and delicious. We got the chocolate with Oreos for the kids and Brown and Sugar with boba for me. Added two smoothies and half a castello cake. It was all fantastic and the staff was super helpful and friendly! Recommend calling in your souffle pancake order in advance, because they take about 20 minutes to make.
How is this place not rated higher!? It's a tiny Cafe with the most amazing souffle pancakes I've ever eaten. Seriously lighter than air not over sweet. So underrated. The lady who made them was just as nice and sweet as these cakes.
Best suffle ever! Original technique which made it so delicious! Definitely if you go to Honolulu need to stop in here also the owner is very kind!
Very cute spot. Only four seats available if dining in. The pancake consistency is perfect but the toppings are a bit overwhelming, they need like fruit or something to help balance the flavor of the pancakes.
It's hard to believe how fluffy these pancakes are, it's like eating a creamy little cloud! Great experience, very fast, and an extremely friendly staff. Thanks for the great meal.
I am sooo happy they're back!! And with new cakes and flavors!? Nothing beats their souffle pancakes!! Also looved the salted egg castella cake!
These soufflé pancakes are worth the wait! We were in Oahu for 10 days and visited this restaurant 2x since it was so good. I found it on a Hawaii food vlog on YouTube and it was just as good as they said. The pancakes are so light and the toppings are perfection. The strawberry with blueberry topping and mango with strawberry topping were my favorite. If this was in my state I’d visit here weekly!
