Couldn't ask for a better way to end my long truck of a day...finally soup! At the bar. Company provided courtesy of Chili's and the bartenders sparkling ponytail just added flair to her great service? she had a 9 top but took plenty good care of me...and as usual I wound up next to one local and one East Coast plant ..we are everywhere...?
Awe! Although there were few servers the service was still excellent-- food came hot. The shrimp fajitas were great -- just order less or no onions -- gave it a strong taste.
An excellent choice with great food in a variety of selections of soups, salads, country style BBQ ribs and crispy chicken fillets, to burgers and steaks, and southwestern Mexican style infused items. Variety for anyone to enjoy. It was great to see their now fully reopened bar full of laughter and a huge crowd!
Had a bad experience here last night. Food was exceptional but service lacking. Waitress wasn't good. I had to ask for a refill and she never showed up with it. Disappeared for 15 minutes. Showed up out of nowhere and I had to repeat what I wanted. Lol. If I was a waiter i would make sure im gettin 20 plus percent of my tip. Being busy and being there for the customers need. Had a bad waiter experience also before the pandemic and now again. Seems like the best service is if you sit outside

Went to order to go food at 9:45 I was informed that the kitchen was closed .Usually when a restaurant says they're open til 10 pm I expect the kitchen to be open til um.......10 PM!!!
Service was good. Jose was very attentive and knew what I wanted.
Food was good but felt like because I wasn't a regular I wasn't given good service. Couldn't get the attention of the waitress to let her know she left my meal without giving me eating utensils. Finally after about 5 minutes of my food getting bold I was able to get attention of host. The host apologized and brought me the utensils. Then the waitress appeared again to socialize with the locals, never inquiring about my meal.The Chils back home in Csli, and other states have always had great service to go along with their food. Not so today in Kahala.
This location was great and the manager and his staff was great. Even treated us to a dessert for our 31st Anniversary.
