The Best:Drinks were well made and fairly priced. Complimented the food options well and the tastes were full of surprises. Seriously, try this place for Happy Hour and you will not be disappointed.The Good:Holy ($#!+)...ummm..moly, the food was so damn good. Tried several samples of chicken and one of the brisket. All had merit, but the 'yum' chicken plate was a lot of food cooked exactly crispy enough with just the right amount of sauce and tenderness. An actual 10 right here in Hawaii.The just OK:I would suggest to steer clear of the "Bowls" as the amount of food in them compared to the rice leaves much to be desired. I would have left hungry if I didn't order two to try. Even with this small shortcoming, I stand by My 5 star review.I plan on coming back very soon with some other hungry family members who will also give their review so we can help spread the word about this great place. Simple, if you're craving chicken, or Brisket, or just something different. . .this slaps. I've ate here twice within a week and both times my tongue was dancing. The chicken is was juicy and very flavorful. I've had the regular fried chicken and the Korean fried. . . Both are very good. The mac salad could use some work. . .it's very plain. The Brisket chili is dynamite. You Def should try this.
Chicken is fried really good. Crispy and full of flavor. Dipping sauces, chili, and fried noodles also were really good. Portions are generous. And the best thing is they are open late when lots of other businesses have already closed for the night.
Nice chill spot. Food was pretty good.Chicken was crispy and skin was almost like chicarrones. Nachos pretty good, could have used a little more nacho cheese.Sliders nice compliment to draft beer on tap.Happy hour pretty good times too.. we went after 9pm and it was pretty cozy and welcoming. Our server was a delight. Wish I got her name. Would go back again when we dont want to cook after work.
The food is very good. A nice variety of dipping sauces make an already great fried chicken even better. The brisket is excellent. The staff are very friendly. The parking is not so good, at least at lunchtime.
This was a wonderful stop in Hawaii. The brisket chili was great. Portions were large for a good price. Service was excellent. We got our food quick. The menu has a lot of different options. It opened recently. I would definitely recommend checking it out.
Delicious food, great atmosphere, excellent service.Chicken was crispy, not overly sweet, yet more sweet than salty.Noodles had big chunks of meat, and very good flavor.Love the late hours as well (open until 11pm daily, closed Tuesday).If you like great food, check this place out.
This is a must-try place. It's a fusion restaurant and their food is on point. The food is tasty, the service is great, and the portions are pretty good sized too! We ordered the Yum fried chicken, the classic fried chicken, and the kalbi nachos. The chicken was super crispy, yet nice and juicy. The chicken orders come with a side of sauce of your choice -- They have several to choose from. There's so much good stuff to try we'll be back to try it all!
Food was good and service was great. We dined in but we were the only diners in the place. Ordered the Fried chicken plate (said it would come with 5-7 pieces came with 5) swapped the rice for French fries but never got the Mac salad. We also ordered the brisket fried noodles which were VERY tasty but portion not as big as expected (we were told portions were very large). Overall though, the food was very good!
Their fried chicken is so crispy that it just melts on your tongue like butter. Delicious food awesome service and generous portions!
