Ordered delivery so this review is strictly based on food. One of the best Tan Tan broths I've had with a lot of good quality flavor. The mochiko chicken curry was also delicious, the chicken and curry both very flavorful even on their own. Char siu fried rice was really flavorful, definitely one of my favorite fried rice now. Sesame covered mochi balls with azuki bean inside were also a nice dessert to finish the meal. They give good sized portions for the price and every dish was worth coming back again!

This area has many locally owned gems located in the unassuming strip mall. We stopped here based on the reviews. We were quite impressed with the food and packaging. The people working were wearing masks and using a glove when taking our credit card. They do change an additional fee for credit cards.The way the cashier packaged out food was neat and organized. She even put it all in a box and securely taped it so all arrived in perfect condition. We orded several types of ramen, all were tasty. Katsu chicken curry was very good and plentiful. Fried rice was different than any I have had before, would have been happy if we only had the fried rice. Gyoza was enjoyed by my son, it wasn't my favorite. They also gave us sesame sweet balls, the adults liked them the kids didn't. My kids usually don't care for sesame.This is a small place you might expect to see on Diners, D and Dives.
Worth the drive from Waikiki! The Pork Belly Ramen was excellent and the spicy beef was good; the Gyoza and sesame balls were yummy! If I lived on Oahu I’d be back for more but have to keep trying as many places as possible.

Best ramen and Curry I've found since coming from Korea. Gyoza is great too. Yes I'm aware there is cocos in hawaii, but its trash. Chef's 100%
Coming straight from Japan, I’ve been looking for decent ramen and Japanese curry. Chef’s Ramen is by far the closest I’ve come! I had the miso tonkatsu ramen, and while I wish the dashi was a bit richer and more flavorful, it was really good! The noodles were perfect, the pork was a bit thick but tender. We got the chicken cutlet curry and rice for our kids (big Coco Curry fans) and they LOVED it. The first curry they’ve eaten since leaving Japan! The gyoza was also delicious. Will definitely be ordering from here again!
