Char siu here is pretty good indeed. It’s 15 bucks per pound nowadays though.

The best char siu (roast pork) in Honolulu’s Chinatown. Although there’s also shoyu chicken, tripe, roast duck, duck/chicken feet, they have the best Chinese pork in town. They can also make a take out plate for you, most people just buy the meats to take home. Open only during the daytime.
Authentic chicken with ginger onion sauce. Taste just like at home but better. You have to try it if you're in Hawaii. Duck was tender the sauce is good and not oily like other places. Exceeded expectations.
