Well what an experience this place was, firstly the food and service were good, except when it came time to pay the check. Our total was $77.12+ 18% tip $91.00, we put a $100 bill and no one came back with the change. Furthermore when we challenged our server Christian we were ignored for the next 20 mins. Totally rude and dishonest. Don’t get me wrong it’s not about the $9.00 the meal and service didn’t warrant a 30% tip. If you go to this restaurant pay by credit card and that way you won’t be ripped off.

I should have read the reviews on here about take out and listened to my wife about this companyMy 11" BBQ chicken pizza was just dry chicken and onion. No BBQ which I feel.is a pretty simple addition.Steer clear of these guys if you're looking for pizza, or if you do go... have a good look at that tiny thing and consider if they added at least half the ingredients required

Very disappointed .Having been to other venues in the US this one at Ala Moana was very dirty , worn out carpets and chairs.whole place had rundown feel about it.Short staffed .. The the food came I ordered pizza Margarita which came with about 3 tiny pieces of basil . Had to ask for more .The bbq chicken gluten free was inedible Sorry would never go back..

I went here with high expectations. The waitress seemed to be having a bad day. The view in the balcony was great but the service was bad. I had to ask for lemons three times. Also don’t bother ordering the plant based chicken. It’s not worth it, small flakes that are barely noticeable. The order was wrong and then she brought the bill before we were done ordering drinks. I asked that my rewards get added and it took her and the manager several times to make it right. I don’t recommend.

The sangria flight is to die for! We shared the Kung Pao Spaghetti which was excellent. Perfectly cooked and very flavorful. Great portions. Great spot to people watch (outside).

Arrived in Honolulu after an evening flight and many places had long line-ups so decided on here as we were famished. Waited for 30 minutes for a table at 10 PM even though the evening rush was waning and tables were available. When we finally were seated, we did not get a menu for over 10 minutes and even when we asked other servers who passed us by, they assured us that OUR waiter would be arriving shortly. Since when can another server not provide a menu to diners waiting for 15 minutes for a menu?!! This was a repeated theme throughout our whole experience - apparently even bored and under-utilized staff are completely unable to provide ANYthing (including napkins or cutlery) to a table not assigned to them. Our server, on the other hand, was handling all bartender duties and serving multiple tables. Needless to say, we waited for 15 minutes for menus, 10 minutes for beverages, and another 20 minutes for the food. When the pizzas arrived, it added to the disappointment as any pizza-by-the-slice joint on the street could beat this place for quality and value. Of course, we were beyond famished so we ate what we paid for and had we waited for the server to ask us how our food was, we would have been there another 30 minutes. IT IS OUTRAGEOUS that no staff can assist a table with simple requests (i.e. extra napkins) unless they are assigned to that table - HORRIBLE customer service. Will obviously never go back there and you shouldn't either.

I have celiac so I was so excited to order gluten free pizza at a place I trusted. It showed up burnt, cold, and so hard we could barely bite into it. Everyone loves a 25 dollar burnt, yet COLD, pizza, right? On top of that, we order a kids pizza and it was practically charcoal it was so blackened. I'm so disappointed...

Food was great, service with a smile

I've come across a lot of bad service, but this place definitely tops all. A friend and I walked into CPK at around 10pm - an hour before closing on April 9th. There was 2 other people that were also dining in at the time. We got sat outside on the patio by the host & he walked away without giving us a menu. After waiting around for 5 minutes, the waiter comes and asks us if we are ready to order.. we told him we didn't receive a menu and he was surprised and told us he'll go grab one right now, he questioned if we walked in by ourselves, and that would explain why we didn't get any menus/cutlery etc. Another 5 minutes go by and we still haven't received a menu so we just look it up on our phone. He comes back and turns around right away knowing he forgot to give us the menus & we told him were ready to order as we brought it up on our phone. Then tells us he will be back with some water. Lo and behold, we didn't receive water, nor' cutlery/napkins and we get our food. Starving, we literally ate with our hands & didn't get plates either! After eating for a few minutes, I am verbally complaining to my friend about the service, the manager overhears me and throws cutlery on the table and asks if we need anything else. No apology, but quickly told us he would cover a dessert. We tell him we don't want a dessert, we just would love some plates, he told us he would comp one of the meals instead then. He comes back with plates and then our server finally comes around after we're halfway done our meal and puts cutlery on our table AFTER we receive cutlery from the manager! NO APOLOGY, NOTHING. Extremely annoyed and pissed off at this point, we ask for the bill and he says "there is no bill" - we didn't even know our WHOLE bill was written off (which I am not complaining about, but it comes down to communication!) To top it off, our waiter is by the POS machine talking/laughing to the other server and not even paying attention to his TWO tables. An apology from the manager, the server or the host would've changed my point of view on the whole experience, but it seems as if none of them actually cared how poor they served us. All of them kept popping their heads out from the door to the patio, not even giving us the time to call them over for service.

We were staying close by (at Beachcomber) so we visited here for dinner one evening. The restaurant is quite large inside and has great decor, including a nice balcony area. We chose to sit inside and were served by a very friendly waitress (she said that we were the first Scotsmen she had met). The menu is pretty large - we both had pizza which was very good. Enjoyable experience.
