Great food and great atmosphere
Waited about 5 minutes to get acknowledged and seated. Three tables around us were sat not bussed with rubbish. Our server took our order and came back later after two of us finished our meals. My daughter sat almost in tears because she did not have a fork to eat. I ate almost all of my cauliflower wings before my husband asked our server for silverware. Service was terrible. What a shame considering this is the nicest location We’ve ever visited.
If I could give this a 0 star I would. Our waiter was disrespectful to us the second we sat down because he was upset our large group asked for split checks. When we tried to order, he couldn’t hear us over the music and told us that we didn’t know english and left the table. He then proceeded to take videos and photos of us-As shown below. Manager was helpful, but we still didn’t get our food for literally 2 hours. We will never be returning & I will not recommend to anybody.
Very bad, just terrible. If it were possible to put -1 star, then this place would award -100 stars. It all started at the entrance: there were many free tables in the place, but for some reason the hostess escorted each of the free tables only after 10-15 minutes of waiting!!! There were many places with wet and slippery floors and without signs: I tore my slippers!!!Drinks were brought quickly, and that was it. My friend's order was ready in 30 minutes. My order was ready in an hour. what a fool you have to be to bring two orders to two people at the same table at different times, with a difference, attention: 30 minutes!!!!French fries are cold after 5 minutes. It is almost impossible to call the waiter, they do not see and ignore everyone on purpose.
Slow service. Half of our party of six got our drink orders, the other half not. I got my burger first and was done with it while the rest of my family watched me, still waiting for their food. Awkward!!! If you don’t have anywhere to go for a couple of hours and you’re not hungry, go here. Lots of TVs to stare at while you wait a ridiculously long time. Also, we ordered pretzel knots and got more fries instead So over it, didn’t want to complain, we just wanted the check.
We had to wait about 20 minutes to be seated and then another 10-15 to order. The fries came out cold and we had to ask for our drinks. The buffalo original wings 9/10 ?? delicious!

Supply chain issues is something they can't help, so make sure you ask ahead if your favorite go-to dishes/drinks are available before you put your name in.BUY one get one traditional wings on Tuesdays was definitely a nice promo.This particular visit took about one hour from ordering to get a basket of cheese curds, and 12 extra crispy wings. The location was maybe a third full so not quite sure why it took that long. Not the first or second time either. We did get a chicken quesadilla within five minutes though. Haha.Mightve been an off night but it did look like majority of the tables were all waiting on their food. Some didn't even bother to finish it.
I never had a bad experience with B Dubz until I came here. Besides 6 wings being 15 dollars, the chicken was bristly and dry. Another person in my party got the chicken sandwich which was not awful, but waited for 10+ minutes on sauce for the sandwich. Overall, bad experience, will not be returning. I love B dubz but this was a really sorry excuse. Also, clear out your entire night because we finished our food at 9:20 and didn’t leave until 10:25. That was perfect because the concert we were going to after started at 10.
