I've been going here for over 10 years, and I think this is the second or third owner of the shop. But the food is very good, and the prices are decent.They give you white rice, corn, salad & a can of soda with your meal.
Very friendly. Decent steak plate with drink for a reasonable price.
I have supported this business before although their prices have gotten very high. I bought a $16 plate & asked for one extra garlic sauce. They wanted to charge me in extra 50 cents, after paying 16$ for a plate. The sauce they gave me was basically empty & they forgot my soda which comes with the plate. Never coming here again. Without the garlic sauce their steak is very dry, even at medium rare.
Fast service and good steak & 2 egg combo. Price affordable.
I am a local I have supported this business before. 1st their prices are very expensive $16 or more for a plate lunch with very medium portions, a tiny bit of salad & corn, mostly rice & dry steak. The steak is dry and not very tasty, even at medium rare. Especially without their garlic sauce which is actually the best part of the food. The sauce that gave me was basically empty as seen in the picture. When I asked the server for one extra sauce he wanted to charge me an extra 50 cents. After already paying 16$ for one small plate. Plus they forgot my soda that is supposed to come with it. There are many much better places for steak on Oahu. Go somewhere else, you'll thank me.
Used to be good, not anymore. Dry and old meat, bad seasoning.
The food was made quick. My chicken was a bit dry. The steak was ok, I thought it would be a big price then sliced after cooking.
Just not worth it. Got the popular item Loren chickenNext morning update: only took one bite and felt sick last night and thooght it was all in my head. Here I am this morning sick to my stomach throwing up.
Love this spot. Sauces are amazing and the steak is tender and perfectly cooked and the combo with rice is just the right amount of food.
The food could have been a lot better, I would have been better going to Burger king to eat.
