Absolutely love your shortbread cookies! We had the pleasure of receiving assistance from Lynn. She was helpful throughout our time looking for gifts to bring home. My 20 month old decided to spit his cookie sample all over me and she was so kind getting paper towels and a plastic bag to help me tidy up. She is a true asset! Thank you again Lynn!

I'm so happy that we have Big Island Candies and we don't have to wait for Christmas or go to Big Island to get what we want. They have a variety of great items. Their milk chocolates are so good.As soon as I went in, I was greeted. They didn't hover over me while I shopped so I got to shop and take my time in peace. I actually already knew what I was looking for.My advice is to get the Hawaiian Macadamia Nut Crunchies (Milk Chocolate). It is the BEST. It has milk chocolate, macadamia nut, and potato chips. Great combination! You will love it!Enjoy this great candy place!!?

This is really a shortbread and assorted cookie store, not candy like many would expect but the cookies are top end and all taste delicious. There are no samples due to COVID but once that is over, it's a great place to sample and buy.
I know they are a famous and popular company for souvenirs for tourists and even for locals. WHY do they have to expiry to customers? The package says 821037. How are we supposed to know? Customer unfriendly. Don't understand.
Excellent service, help available right when you need it But they still give you room to browse.
Charlene at the Ala Moana location was very helpful along with the rest of the staff. She helped me pick out several items for my wife and because I spent over 100.00 I recieved an insulated bag. The store looks amazing as does the main facility in Hilo. Treat yourself or even a friend to some great local treats served up with Aloha.
My favorite place to grab treats to gift to people! You must get the passion fruit chocolate brownies when you see them! The Mochi brownies are great as well.
