Great smash burger! Not over priced. Something the whole family enjoyed. Cool vibe. Friendly staff. What we would call in TX, A good mom and pop place! That means it is worth it!

My usual hangout whenever I'm in the vicinity of UH Manoa. The atmosphere is incredible. Extremely laid-back atmosphere with a nostalgic diner vibe. The seating is really comfortable, and there is a choice between sitting either inside or outside. The menu is straightforward, yet in the nicest possible manner. Burgers, onion rings, fries, salads, and shakes are all on the menu. Because it is easy to do, you are certain that there is no way that you could mess it up. The prices are much more favorable. It cost us a total of $20 for the two of us to have a pleasant supper and go home satisfied. We aren't sure how they manage to keep their pricing so cheap, but we are very grateful that they do.
Absolutely delicious burgers! If you know Hodads in San Diego these are inspired by them. So you get the 1950's style of decor and vibe as soon as you walk in.This also means they make the juciest burgers because they are made like they were back in the day before chains ruined burgers. Apparently they use 80/20 angus chuck which I guess is what makes them great.You get artisan style burgers at amazingly great prices which the owner keeps low given many students are around and "they too should be able to enjoy burgers without feeling broke".The staff is friendly and service is great. Also they were also surprisingly fast.All in all great experience.
Love Betty's burgers. My daughter loves the veggie burger. I love the bacon cheeseburger deluxe, onion rings and strawberry shakes . First off they make their own patties and the seasoning on the burger is amazing. The staff is real friendly and efficient. You have got to try this place!
**VEGETARIAN FRIENDLY**I had my doubts since it's a diner style restaurant that specializes in meat based burgers but they carry the Beyond brand veggie burgers that you can either get, as is, or substitute into any of the other burgers and they are SO good.Probably the best onion rings and fries I've ever had as well. SUPER fast service too.
This place burger ? very tasty ??, only $4.99 is 1/4lb grilled, plus very fresh & their hand make burgers bigger than MCDONALD'S and Burger King !!!Also their french fries ? very tasty ? too, for ?$2.89 small * very good size & like steak fries*?????????????This is one of the best places in Honolulu that very fresh & affordable place to eat !!!!** Don't know why people say they have no taste ? . Something was different this time. Everything tasted good but not as good as I remember form a visit about 7-8 months ago. Still a great burger for a good price
This is a perfect place for a late night snack. The burgers were spectacular (very greasy). Standard burger options. The shakes were high quality and very affordable. The stars are paper and eco friendly and durable. There are lots of options for shake favors. There is parking ton the back of the restaurant.
I usually love this place and go all the time! Today I went for a lettuce wrapped cheeseburger with raw onions and was given simply meat, onions, and lettuce. when i informed them that I ordered a cheese burger they refused to remake it and gave me a slice of cheese, slice of tomato, and a few slices of pickles which they then charged me $1.30. Usually the customer service here is wonderful but my experience today makes me unfortunately never want to visit again. I will be finding another burger joint.
