Chicken is good, but service is terrible due to them being too busy. Don't answer phone when trying to place an order. Tried calling for 30 minutes straight now have to wait another 30+ minutes for the order. Why do they charge .25 cents for a bag when you spend so much there. They are very very expensive.
Not only is the fried chicken here good, but it's healthier than other take out fried chicken because its fried in olive oil. If you like k-pop, you won't mind the wait because they have music videos playing in the dining area while you wait. Also, you get to see the promo videos touting the company, which has hundreds of stores all over the world. It's kind of nuts, but again, great food and great service. Take about 20 minutes though so maybe order ahead.
Wow I never tasted fried chicken so fresh so good! Their ddukboeki is also delicious and compliments the fried chicken perfectly. RECOMMEND.
Very disappointed. We ordered chicken but they either ordered the wrong one in the kitchen or missed the order. Everyone who ordered food later than us left the store except us. Even though we got it in 55 minutes, they also missed giving us a pickled radish. The food might be delicious but the service was a total mess.
I've reviewed this place before they were officially recognized by Google. Unique and good chix. I love the spick chix sandwich with combo fries. Unfortunately, they open at 11am and they advertise that their products are made to order and there is a wait. - It's true! This time it was 16 minutes for a chix sandwich. Such is life. Order ahead like everyone else does. Friendly staff is their plus.
Chicken is legit. Service could use a little help. Not a real restaurant but when you pay, it asks you to tip. I'll never tip again because they surely didn't deserve a dime.Not even a 'thank you' as we emptied our own tray and rubbish.Worth a try I guess

This place is the real deal. If you’re feeling nostalgic and miss the moped delivered chicken as seen in Korea, this is the place to eat. Food and service is lit.
I’ve come here 4 times and, unfortunately, each time has been progressively worse. I keep coming back because parking is more convenient than the Kaimuki Vons and I think it beats out Vons overall.Their secret sauces chicken is my new go to. It’s always crispy and tastes like proper KFC should taste. I’d skip their chicken sandwich, though. That’s been their only miss so far. I tried the spicy and regular and the chicken wasn’t as good as their menu KFC. Reminded me of chicken tenders and the “spicy” version just has sauce on top, not coating the chicken.However, the wait times are LONG. I placed an online order and had to wait 35 minutes longer than the quoted pickup time (I just browsed Foodland). They also didn’t read the order notes which resulted in a longer wait. Phone order was quoted at 20-25 minutes, was an additional 20 minutes before it was ready.
Literally, the best Korean Fried Chicken AND Korean food you can get in the area! I absolutely love this place. The chicken is fantastic and delicious. I've tried their Chicken sandwich as well, and it was my favorite!Perfect spot to chill with friends after work on a weeknight! The staff is incredible and helpful.
