Amazing ice cream, small shop but though it's very busy super friendly and devoted Lady behind the counter.
Only one person works here so it can. Take up to 10 minutes to get ice cream. Otherwise it's cool. They have lots of flavors and shaved ice right on the beach
Baskin-Robbins is located in the Sheraton Waikiki Resort Hotel. Baskin-Robbins has a wide variety of ice cream flavors, cones, and sundaes ?. They are not giving out a taste right now due to COVID-19 but our ice cream sundae was wonderful! Service was great, Inc cream wonderful, prices were reasonable! I have to say that even though there was a line out the door, the service was amazing and our server Izzy was a rock star. She was very bubbly, conversational, and friendly. Our kids loved her! The ice cream was great and the banana split my husband ordered looked picture perfect. My family and I will definitely make sure to stop back next time we are on the island.

This place overlooks a scenic area of the hotel with the slide pool and plenty of trees and shade. Their snow cones are HUGE and wonderful. Alot of times you can hear the bands playing nearby. Quiet and a bit secluded. Love this place. Here one week and go here often. It's a must. Go find it! You won't regret it.
Would give zero stars if I could. We have been staying at the Sheraton Waikiki for 3 nights and have tried to purchase Baskin Robbins each night at 10-10.30pm but have found it to be closed even though it advertises to close at 11pm. Absolutely ridiculous service.
