Kim our server made the extended dinner enjoyable. Recommended starters-Ahi and the Mushroom risotto were excellent. Duck special was moist and ono. Haupia Ice Cream Cake was wonderful to top off the dinner.
We havenât been to Amuse Wine Bar in a few years. It was so awesome being back! Good food at great prices and a nice selection of wines. Our waitress was attentive and very kind. One of the wine carouselâs were down which housed my favorite type of wine but enjoyed all the other options. Looking forward to going back again soon! Cheers! ð¥
Food was excellent. i plan on going there again soon. So quiet and relaxing, yet staff was very attentive and efficient. Dishes served quickly. Ambience elegant.
We arrived at Amuse and had an appetizer (potatoes)and some wine. The server was very knowledgeable and prompt. The atmosphere had a strange vibe, it felt like we were interrupting a busy restaurant even though we had reservations, and it was not busy at all. We ended up squeezing in next door at Stage for food. Again the server was great but the food was sub par. We had their salmon special, just ok, and the truffle mushroom risotto which was great. Our mains were marlin (for me) and ribs for my partner. The Marlin was decent, but the smell through me off, it wasnât quite fishy, just smelled off and I couldnât get though it. My partner didnât touch his ribs said they had no flavor. Neither of us touched our food. When we went to have one more drink at 8:40 we were told theyâd already called last callâ¦.At 8:40, and they close at 10. We werenât made aware of the last call. I also expressed it was a special occasion on the app and when they called confirming my reservation, and it was not acknowledged at all. We wouldnât come back.

Food and ambiance great as always. Server seemed inexperienced, waited 30 min for a round of drinks both times we ordered. Went on a Saturday night and it didnât seem particularly busy.

Disappointed with a few of the prices for the portion size. But I guess it's the trend now with the increase overall for goods & services. Although I'm not a wine drinker, I thought the wine tasting is a very interesting concept.
Phenomenal experience. The food was unbelievable and the wine pairing was a fun treat!
Sky (our sommelier) is a passionate and hardworking man that elevated the entire experience. Brett was our server and he was very informative and kind. Overall one of the best meals Iâve had on island.
