Fantastic! Its inside the area leading to the lobby of the Queen Kapiʻolani Hotel. Its counter service but there are tables in the lobby area to sit at. The server was friendly and the Aloha Whip was surprisingly large. Too large for my 6yo so I got to eat one and a half which was fine with me because it was so good. I had the Dole Whip at the Dole Plantation and this is basically the exact same. I feel like the pineapple chunks at the Dole Plantation may have been just a tiny bit sweeter and juicier, but that could have just been in my head. Overall, this is a must try in Waikiki
Not real mango flavor at all. They even charge for additional spoon, dispensable plastic ones. I get better service at fast food shop.
Excellent dole whip! Perfect for a hot day
I was there December 2021. I very much enjoyed it. The train ride was nice and in my opinion, reasonably-priced. The pineapple ice cream was so good. They must have increased the size based on older reviews. Of course gifts were over priced but that shouldn't be a surprise. I enjoyed my visit.
Friendly staff however, $10 for a small!!!! It was completely overpriced and nothing great. $4 for a literal shot glass of ice cream. I will never go back and waste my money.

Around $3 per tiny cup and only have mango and pineapple when we wentNot that great but i guess its better than nothing
The people who work here don't care about their customers and can't even get the order right. They charge $10 for a small cup of frozen pineapple ice; IT IS NOT AUTHENTIC PINEAPPLE WHIP. You're better off getting real pineapple whip from the bottom of the Diamond Head Monument.
A tiny cup for $10 and the people were not friendly at all. I still tipped. Daughter said the one at Diamond Head is so much better and way cheaper.
Delicious ?Pleasantly surprised..!
