This is my go to place for taco take-out. They always have my food ready when they say it'll be ready. They don't get it wrong. The food is amazing my favorites are the asada and carnitas. The staff is friendly. Their sauces add a nice kick. The margaritas are excellent. The atmosphere is chill. The dinner ware is modest. What's not to love?

This is our first time eating at Alejandro’s Mexican Food I must say the food was very delicious. We ordered the Beef/Avocado Burrito and the wet Beef/Avocado Burrito. Thank you Alejandro’s good food, generous portions and the gal who took our phone order was very polite and answered all our questions. We will be back again. Thank you for good service. Good job!

Have only gotten take out a few times, but everytime I'm always so happy I did. I've had the mix protein tacos plate with rice and beans, the carnitas bowl (added sauteed veggies), and the burrito. All of which were better than my expectations. I always add the hot salsa. I'd say you get your money's worth there!

Still the Best Tacos & Burritos ever! Loved this Alejandro's good back when he had a late night Taco cart on Kuhio ave! Nicest guy & best food! The vibes here are fantastic too!! Thank you!

Loved it! Super friendly... Great margaritas... We all had the Taco plates... We've been to a lot of places... This was the best.... Reminded me of a cantons in Mexico! The spot if your in Waikiki

I've eaten here numerous times with my wife. We've always got the steak tacos and they are fantastic! However, today I called in for a pickup order for a steak burrito. Only a burrito! No side, no drink and no extras. Total: 16.59!! That's ridiculous! What's even more ridiculous is the size of the burrito! I don't care how good it is. Unless they're using Wagyu beef I've just been robbed. - it's not Wagyu.

Ordered the macho asada burrito to go. The burrito was ready as soon as I arrived after placing my order 10 minutes prior. Food was hot and well made. I’ve tried a lot of Mexican places on island and this place is definitely top 3 for me. The hot sauces they provide are great too.

Great food at a great value. The only feedback I have is that parking is scarce. Sometimes I have to park in a non parking spot to run and grab my pickup order, but I find myself having to wait behind people in line that don’t even know what they want yet.It would be helpful to streamline the order pickup process so we do not have to wait in line as long.

Ordered take out, I live 5 min away so food was still fresh when I got home. Everything looked amazing, smelled great, and definitely had fresh ingredients. Was really excited to get some Mexican food in my belly but I am honestly just disappointed with the lack of flavor... in everything I tasted. I got a 3 taco plate, all chicken, with rice and beans. The chicken had barely any flavor/seasoning, the rice was good, but the beans needed some salt, or some thing! Never had such bland Mexican food in my life.. but maybe I am spoiled since I lived in SoCal for 13 years. Now for the chips and salsa, can't mess that up right..? Idk if it was just an off day for them or what, but man, the salsa that came with the chips literally tasted like a smokey marina sauce, tasted fresh but I felt like I should be dipping mozzarella sticks into the salsa instead of tortilla chips. I am not exaggerating. The red (hot sauce) and green salsa that came with the tacos.. practically tasted identical except the red was just a little more smokey in flavor, and both had no spice whatsoever. Most green salsas are tangy and this had no hint of lime or tanginess at all. And I am not the type of person to leave reviews in spite or to fabricate my experience, honestly never write "bad" reviews in general, I just couldn't believe how bland and tasteless everything was when I paid $50 for lunch for my partner and I.

Thursday enchiladas are the best. All food is great
