Very limited selections. Not comfortable. Very bright lighting. Masks required. Not at all a relaxing place to wait for your flight. Staff is nice, it’s just the design and selection that missed the mark. Chose to go pay downstairs for a more pleasant experience.

Website says you can use the Admirals Club when you are at an airport without an Alaska Airlines lounge. They don’t honor that here unless you’re a member of Alaska and have a card. Need to add THAT to your website!

All the recent airline flight cancellations reminded me of one that my wife experienced at the Honolulu (Daniel Inouye) International is worth mentioning. Several weeks ago, we went to the American Airlines Admirals Club to wait for our flight to Dallas Ft Worth Airport (DFW) where we were to catch a connecting flight to Ronald Reagan Airport (DCA). While at the club, I received a message from American Airlines our flight to DCA was cancelled due to severe weather conditions forecasted for the area. So, I went to the reception desk to seek assistance. A receptionist by the name of Pam offered her assistance. Thus, this review is on the assistance she provided, not on the lounge. It was the most remarkable and memorable experience! Pam work tirelessly in trying to find alternate routes and airports which was evident by a sheet she brought to me in the lounge. After exhausting all possibilities, she found a flight that would get us to DCA, but a day after our schedule arrival which meant spending a day at a hotel in the DFW area. My wife and I determined it was a good idea because the weather forecast was to be much improved. We informed Pam we wanted to go with the flight. She shared that because she anticipated rebooking of flights to DCA will probably be hectic she had already booked us on the flight! Her efforts made our day. I hope someone from American Airlines will read this review and give Pam an appropriate recognition/reward!

Wonderfull service girls at the front very observant even found out my daughter and I were seperate. in the plane and changed it for us thank you all

Not enough signage after the security check point number three! It is located on the top of food court!Very limited beer and wine selections, only hot food item here is a soup and cup noodles like thing! Very sad.But lounge itself are okay, with lots natural lighting and lots seating space!AA just continue to cut back by using pandemic as excuse or they just not care.

Very limited food and drink selection. No full bar. 3 beer choices and a white, red and champagne. Food selection is not good either. The chairs are terribly uncomfortable. Not an arm rest to be found. Hawaii dropped their mask mandates recently but this lounge has the plexiglass and signage as if it was April 2020.

very nice place to lay back and relax prior to your flight and get some nice snacks to warm your tummy. I was also able to get a lot of work done.

Sad choice of menu & alcoholic beverages for an Admirals Club. Staff is very kind & friendly though, and the place is clean.

What an embarrassment to American Airlines. Horrendous food, indifferent staff and flat out awful. And I’ve been to 100’s of admirals clubs and this was worse than worst. Bring in Arby’s. That would be better.

Nice, quiet clean space to relax or work. Limited food/drink options because of covid precautions. Many clear partitions to keep germ spreading to a minimum.
