Great food great service. Would definitely go back .I got the zip pack my kids and husband got other stuff all was great and tasty. I would rate them a 10 as in awesome .
Service was great! Food was good. Some in our group liked it and a couple weren't as impressed. Korean chicken was over cooked making it hard to chew. Chicken katsu and beaf stew was very good.
My husband and son loved the fried chicken! The vegetarian chili fries were so delicious, will definitely be going there again soon!
I increased my stars because the servers are great here and make each experience a good one. The food is always hot and delicious. It is always consistent, so you know your food is going to be pretty near to past experiences.
We live in St. Louis, Missouri and having breakfast at Zippy’s in Hilo has turned into a must do when we visit! The fried cornbread is delicious!!!
I witnessed the store manager 2/21 1:30pm discriminate an individual with Parkinson’s disease and his service dog. This manger was rude, unprofessional and lacking the proper training to be a store manager. The individual and his service dog was seated after 5 minutes of being harassed and discriminated. The individual and his service dog did not stay instead left the restaurant. As they were leaving the waitress was apologizing to them for the store mangers behavior.

They are rather consistent in their service. Food is tasty, plentiful, and I love it that I can quickly order online, pull up, and they hand it directly to me, hot and ready! Yum!
Went to Zippy's for lunch and had the Portuguese bean soup and a house salad with creamy miso sesame dressing. Both were good! I would order both again. They have a menu with a little bit of everything, sure to make everyone happy.
A must go every time I visit Hawaii! The Malasadas are delicious and I love their chicken katsu and macaroni salad!
