Was looking for shave ice, I’m a big fan. Saw this location saw online figured it was good. It was delicious, but there was no organization on delivery, a customer took another order of snowcone. The service could’ve been a little quicker as well. I just think if they were a little quicker and had an organized way of delivering the orders to the right people this would be a better place
With humidity in Hilo rising and falling, ice shave here is well to balance any weather fluctuations anytime!

Just great the young lady's are ARTIST. My root beer float shaved ice was a delight. Got to try the GREEN GODDESS next time like tomorrow and I'm not sharing all mine.
Snow is SUPER fine and flavor is excellent. Of all the shave ice I ate in the Hawaiian Islands Wilson's is definitely top 3! Don't miss it you won't be disappointed.
Such a nice lady helping us out! The portions are amazing here for the price just mind it is a bit sweet and a few less flavors (lacking guava) than others but still awesome!
This is exceptional shave ice, thoughtful. Just watch the time they take to form the perfect cone shaped mound by hand. They will start over if needed. Lots of exotic and island flavors and toppings. Cream on no cream. Beans anyone? There is a small inner menu that you can only see when ordering at the window while standing on the sidewalk (Covid). There are 4-5 named cones combinations listed there. The KeeChoi (I think that was it) was tremendous. A genius blend of fruit and flower flavor. Both refreshing and uplifting, like what you want from afternoon tea, but cold and icy and oh so good. Genius......!
