Pretty mediocre banh mi and average pho I’d say but the service is okay.
Quality: very tasty and well-made cold noodle salad with pork and summer rolls with beef.Price: reasonable for the cold noodle salad but disappointed in the summer rolls.
Great pho! Made it spicy by adding chili sauce and chili oil. Yummy.

Van's PHO IS the Real-Deal! Mahalo Van, for coming to Hilo! ??After being letdown by so many other places claiming they know how to make Pho, I'm so happy to have found this place in Hilo! My Pho was ULTRA-DELICIOUS! The fillings are super generous (I had leftover to enjoy as a snack at home?) the noodles are a lot and cooked to perfection, the meat melted in my mouth, and the broth gave me strength! And they are respectful to their customers, by serving the steamy opulence Pho, in a beautiful Ceramic Black bowl, w/matching strong spoon. Not like those other places that uses tacky stainless steel pet bowls, like "Huh? Oh really?"
This is a great place to eat! I had the grilled beef sandwich and grilled pork egg rolls and it was amazing! The flavors are spot on and it is definitely authentic Vietnamese food!
I highly recommend this restaurant. Everything we ate was excellent and the owner was very kind and helpful. The restaurant is newer to the area but definitely worth visiting. I will definitely go again if I'm in the area.
Great soups, easily shared for 2 people. We had Pho Tai, a beef noodle soup with thin sliced beef, fresh basil and bean sprouts. It was wonderful! The Vietnamese coffee was also a great surprise, beside the uniqueness of the brewing. One sandwich, one soup and the coffee, more than enough for 2, for $21. The restaurante is all white, super clean. Comfortable chairs and great service. Highly recommend.
Super good flavor and quality! Affordable. Just left wanting more, so a little surprised by the portions but it was good ?Ordered on the phone and it was ready when they estimated it. Quick preparation and simple ordering.
