Nice spot with lots of options from classic teas to more unique creative flavors or you can fully customize a drink. Love that you can choose how much sugar/how sweet. Person at register was patient with me and explained drinks (like I said lots of options!) will be back to try more. Seems most folks order ahead.
Easily the best bubble tea I have had in Hilo. The taro smoothie with boba is delicious, and the portion size is great. The staff are knowledgable and always friendly. When COVID restrictions were higher, they would be very quick coming outside to take your order from your car.I will keep going here as my guilty pleasure.
Super friendly and patient when I had no clue what to order. Loved it especially the " bursting bobba!!" Awesome feeling and tasty in ones mouth ...need to try the Ling (ling) Lava as advertised (?) Spelling second part unsure
Democrats this great place on the main road. When we got there there was only a couple people before us. Once we were there and placed an order there were many more people ordering behind us. Seems to be a favorite place for the locals. I have the mango smoothie. It was great.
6 people working and not one greeted or acknowledged my husband and I. Boba was hard and practically un-chewable. Ordered drinks half sweet and they were full sweet. Note for teenagers working a job: even though you only have an hour left in your shift, doesn’t mean you can stop doing your job, that’s how you miss out on tips!!
They make a solid boba tea. They don't give as much boba as other places I've been to, but the quality of the boba is better than a couple other places I've tried on the big island. The tea itself is also really good. I recommend the peach cantaloupe with boba at 25% sweetness.
Lots of different drinks to choose from with some interesting mixes. This is the go to spot for boba in Hilo in my opinion. Will come back for more!
Bland flavor coffee. Great staff, clean store, very friendly and knowledgeable!The coffee flavors are very unspectacular and flat. They have a wide selection of other things. Unfortunately even their special blends of coffees are just bland like Folgers. I would give them 5 stars if I was just going for the ambiance and nice staff. But that’s why they got 3 stars, because I give the coffee 1 star. I gave them 3 tries with different coffee types and options each time.Friendliness saved the day and the ONLY reason I would consider (maybe) going back. How good is a place if the purpose of going tro get coffee is ruined?I hope they make some MAJOR coffee branding changes. C+ Rating overall. Sorry :/
Excellent! Their staff really make this place special. Lots of options to make vegan drinks. Great rewards and they're dedicated to getting your drink right if you didn't love it the first time.
