The quality of the ingredients at Tacos Jalisco consistently excellent and the flavors are delicious. There is something on the menu that pleases everyone in our large family: not an easy feat! So happy to have found this place and we will forever be regulars.
Long story short. If you want authentic Mexican food then look no further. This is it! Everything that we ordered was soooo delicious (not all pictured because we literally forgot, that's how you know the food was so good)Originally, we were planning to go somewhere else, but that place was closed. I'm so glad we found this little gem! Check this place out, you won't be disappointed.

What a great find on our 1 day visit to Hilo. Quesadilla, Burrito, Tacos and Nachos - all fresh and 5 star.
Great food, great prices, love the covered outdoor seating, hecho en México sodas, and super convenient location! The only drawback, for me, is that all their food is served in the plastic clamshells with plastic utensils in plastic wrap instead of compostable options. (Highly recommend Sustainable Island Products as a local source for compostable products! I use them all the time!)
I am so glad I decided to eat out today or I may not have found this amazing truck. The tacos were amazing!!! The outer shell was lightly toasted making it easier to eat, the sauce has a unique and fantastic flavor.There is a lot of outdoor seating under a canopy too.
Really good Mexican Food made right inside a Food Truck, it had great flavor made like they do in Mexico City, if you like it hot you will get that served here.
Was a ridiculous idea to buy a plate of nachos and two chorizo tacos. But, ate everything with no regrets. #SoTastyPricedRight
This place is a hidden gem in Hilo. Nice soft hot tacos . We got the chicken tres tacos and it came with a side of beans and rice. Food is very nice and the service is very fast. Their staff is awesome and friendly. This place definitely is a perfect stop for Mexican food in Hilo. Take a to-go and enjoy the food in a nice garden in Hilo.Sorry no photos because we literally inhaled the tacos!
