Ratana has a great green papaya salad with mixed nuts on it. I also order the Red pineapple curry. It’s so good and I always have some to take home. Love it. Whenever I go to Hilo, I try to get my order in.
I was very disappointed going here for some papaya salad . They have really Americanized it here . No fish sauce or other original spices that you would have in a real Thai papaya salad at all . Never coming back . If you are hmong , and know how real papaya salad taste like , DO NOT GO HERE ! I WISH I CAN GET MY 12$$ BACK !!!
Excellent food. Person taking order was superb. Good quantity and phenomenal quality. We tried multiple dishes (vegetarian) with tofu. All of them were good.

These ladies have the best papaya salad that I've ever had. I've tried the shrimp and the chicken, and they're both awesome. Oh and the curry is great too. Just get anything and you won't be disappointed. ?
