Very good tuna poke and Musube rice bowls. Fair price, and best of all they bring out fixins - garlic, sesame, onion, and seaweed - outstanding. Thanks. Also opens at 0530! Only thing is wish they were open on the weekends.
Best place for grab breakfast and lunch. Not only is the food Ono but reasonably priced... and dollar musubiz are perfect for the ride or a quick bite.
I googled a poke place for my boyfriend and I to grab some Poke on our way out of town from Hilo and stumbled upon Poke To Your Taste. 10/10 recommend going!! It is a no frills place but very reasonably priced and so yummy! I have arrived back home on the mainland now and all I can think about is this place and how I wish there was one here. They give you the plate of fish and then you can customize by putting your own toppings on. We loved this place and hope to make another trip back to Hilo to eat it again!!

It's the BEST lil Poke shack on this side of island. Doesnt matter what time you go it's always busy but its worth the wait and the line moves fast. They have great service,fresh food and good prices.

Simple store, great food. Best price musubi, changing plate selection by day ? Fresh ahi and butter shrimp as you like it. Dress/make yourself kine, hence the name.
So far, my favourite poke stop to date!!!! Simple, honest shop, fair price, fresh fish and you season it “to your taste”. We were here 5 years ago and it wins again hands down as our favourite poke stop in Hawaii. In the immortal words of the owner, which have also become a tag line whenever we make poke at home, “ Who makes the best poke??!!?? Yoooouuuuu make the best poke!!!! Please keep on doing what you’re doing!!!
We brought a big group here. Prices are incredibly reasonable, particularly for Hawaii. Kahlua pork was good quality meat, and the poke was great. Highly recommend the kahlua bowl with various toppings from the condiment bar!
