Best tacos in Hawaii! From San Diego living part time in Mexico, this place is the real deal! They’ve got options, great prices, birria, Chile verde, keto options. I will forever be loyal to this taco truck now. Can also do family packages. I was honestly skeptical when both my mom and brother told me how great panchos is because I have high expectation with Mexican food but let’s just say, when I think about craving tacos now, I don’t think about Mexico anymore, I think about panchos!! If you haven’t tried it yet, you should!

Pancho & Jessie has amazing Mexican food. Great service as well as a very clean and sanitary truck. I’m cautious about eating out, but will definitely support this wonderful family and their delicious food. 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Consume was all oil with pieces of meat. The tacos were ok, some had dry meat. Corn was cold.
So good!! I got the Birria and my husband got the carne asada burrito, and we were both blown away. Dripping in authenticity. Delicious. Will be back.
BEST MEXICAN IN HAWAII! I can't recommend this place enough! We moved to Hawaii after spending 4 months in Mexico and Central America, and have spent the last 5 years stopping at food trucks and restaurants on different islands trying to find authentic flavors.... I've been disappointed every time until finding Pancho's food truck!They have a huge selection, the portions are super filling and low cost...but the flavor...the flavor is what keeps me coming back! I'm a fiend for spicy food, and they always doctor up my food to make me cry spicy tears of joy. They go out of their way to accommodate your wishes, and I just can't recommend this place highly enough!In Mexico, the restaurants usually have pickled onions and peppers, and a bunch of different sauces to try, and it's super rare to find that in the US- Pancho's has the pickled onions, and gives at least 1, sometimes 4 little containers of different things with each menu (like guac and sour cream, or hot sauces). I'd also like to say I don't normally go out of my way to leave extensive reviews, so uh...yeah, I love this place, and I love the family that runs it! Thanks for all your hard work ♥️?
