Great food, casual atmosphere. Has a small, cozy atmosphere like you find on the street in many Asian countries.
Pointed here by staff at the hotel. Best Thai food I've had, and where I live we do have good Thai food. We had Tom Yum, Calamari, and Snow Crab Curry. Delicious! We ordered it spicy and they delivered. Be prepared for shareable portions. Life affirming food!
Small, quiet place with great food. Outstanding eggplant and tofu. We eat a lot of Thai food where we live in California, and Naung Mai's was some of the best we've had anywhere. The Indian family at the next table raved about the curries they ordered. We were early, but reservations are probably needed for later in the evening. Nice cozy place on a rainy day.

“Hole in the wall” vibes with flavorful food!! So happy we came across this place after a long day of travel. Lots of vegan options too. They were super busy and had a bit of a wait but it was worth it.
The seafood stir fry was delicious, as was the thai iced tea and tapioca pudding. Mahalo for the warm friendly service too!
I ordered 3 dishes and I only loved one of them… but I probably should come back try the others… the BEST is the GREEN CURRY!!! A must try….
Yellow and Green curry were delicious. They have eco friendly to-go containers that don't use a lot of plastic which is a huge plus, friendly staff, but busy. Off of the main street semi-hidden cute spot with good food.
I was very disappointed with the portion size. This was probably one of the only places I have ate where a nearly $15 did not even come close to filling me up. Food was tasty but the beef was pretty rubbery and tough. Came in hungry and leaving hungry ?
