honestly this McDonald's should be shut down by Ronald McDonald himself! McDonald's is supposed to be a charitable organization but yet this specific location is anything but charitable or compassionate or even employed by decent people. previously I have been rudely forced to unplug my phone from the outlet at this location when I was trying to load my McDonald's app in order to earn my points or even redeem my rewards. secondly there is no other way to log into my McDonald's account considering I was not allowed to charge my phone to login to my McDonald's account. now just to top it all off as I was walking by I noticed the drive-thru was blocked off and people were forced to reverse out of the drive-thru so I simply asked the employee outside what was going on and if everything was okay I was ignored but yet this specific employee could talk to everyone but me and I honestly believe it was because I am a foreigner to Hawaii because this specific employee answered everyone else who just happened to be a local or of the same ethnicity as them. the majority actually I can confidently say all of the employees are of Filipino ethnicity and I believe they would not hire anyone else of a different ethnicity. do not go to this McDonald's as I can confidently say they are prejudice and racist if you are not Filipino!
Some of the workers here are rude. They mess up the orders almost every time we come here. When asking for extra mayo or other condiments, they put WAY more than there needs to be on the burgers. Also the French fries are soggy. Need to ask them to make it well done. But even then, they still can't get it right?
*IF you decide to go here and risk going into the lobby during day shift hours, you'll be better off going through the drive thru. I watched the store manager tell employees the drive thru is priority. We counted ( multiple patrons) after noticing a disparity 23 cars to one person served in the lobby. There was 10 people waiting at the time. McDonald's please manage your stores properly! Walk in customer's deserve better!!! Took 37 minutes to get my order.
Not very curtious and they keep the bathrooms out of order so people can't use the bathroom I had to walk all the way down to the park ridiculous! It should be against the law to close bathrooms to customers our bodies are created to get rid of the old when we eat the new!

Very rude manager and workers! Went in to place my order then was told that the lobby is closed even if it wasn’t. And he kept repeating himself and walking away that they’re closed and that I need to go through the drive thru! Wouldn’t acknowledge me or take my order, funny thing is I come here almost every day and usually walk in, I guess it’s Burger King from now on… sad!
Your average McDonald's, double drive through so line goes quick even though it is long. Try the mobile apo. We like to get kids meals and a la carte breakfast items. Sausage biscuit is just under $2.
These workers are definitely on crack. The meal I ordered was combined with someone else's and they gave that person both my meal and their own. I asked the workers about the order and they seemed annoyed and took an exceedingly long time to prepare my meal. When they gave me my meal, they were missing my Coke and ketchup, so when I asked for the Coke, they ended up giving me a Sprite and also claimed that there was ketchup in the bag when there was not. Please do not go to this McDonalds and if you are really craving something from them, spend the extra few hundred dollars to just go to McDonald's on the mainland instead.
WORST MCCDONALDS I HAVE EVER BEEN TO… they will let you come in the restaurant without a vaccination and spend money without a vaccination but god forbid you have to use the restroom without a vaccine, honestly makes me never want to go to another McDonald’s again…. I was literally on the brink of peeing on the floor but MCDONALDS COULD CARE LESS
I wonder about the people who work the drive thru sometimes. The girl asked me 5 times if I was using the online app, to which I loudly replied No every time. I just wanted a large Big Mac meal and mcteri meal, both with cokes. After I said my order, the girl said okay, then asked me what size I wanted the Big Mac meal again, 5 more times. Can they not hear? Does their speakers need to be replaced?
