There is no dining in this place. You can only order and pick up. We ordered mini plates. They were not really mini. The garlic chicken actually tasted like garlic!
Their burgers and fries are good. BUT the chicken katsu tastes like fish. They do warn that they cook the fish and chicken in the same oil...bleh I'll just stick to the burgers from now on.
They service American and Chinese food really Ono grinds for everyone to enjoy they are open for carryout please put on your mask when entering their restaurant if mask is not ware on you can't enter their restaurant that's their policy their restroom is not open to the public has of right now their dining room is closed until further notice, their employees and customer service are very friendly and very helpful
Theres a short lady with bangs that works front line. Shes got a bad attitude and poor customer service. She made our plates from the front line and the noodles dragging on the counter and it looked so unsanitary. My husband asked her if she could just take that one noodle thats hanging out and touching the counter to throw away and she gave him attitude and said she will get there. And then she yelled at the little boy that was there before us to get in the back and wait. The little boy just went to the back. While it was raining outside, me and my husband wanted to wait inside were the boy is waiting and she shouted out you guys need to wait outside. I asked her if we can wait inside and she shouted “NO” you need to go outside. We were so disgusted with this lady we just asked for our money back. Take our money back and go elsewhere. Some where else whos got ppl with good customer and treats customers with generosity. Ppl like this lady don’t deserve to work with customers.
Not the best plate lunch, steak tray order across the counter place. you get way more veggies and sauce than meat. That's everyone's complaint. its super fast and usually not fresh. and for 20 dollars, i cant even feed myself and my 10 yr old. Really gone down hill lately.

The food absolutely delicious. Went there 2 days in a row because it was that good. Really liked their garlic shrimp and bbq pork with cabbage bowl
Insane price increase i remember back in 2020 a chili mix plate went for $10 and some change, today I paid nearly $15 for the same plate. When I asked why the prices were so high now I was told inflation. Well that's enough for me, never again l&l goodluck.
